The story of how Cask 63 was named speaks to its wine bar pedigree as well as it being a true collaborative effort between Executive Chef Brian Feirstein and 4 S&P Restaurant Holdings. Chef Brian Feirstein was the heralded Executive Chef for Eddie V’s and most recently The Capital Grille. Cask 63 is an inviting and not intimidating wine bar — the kind of place we would want to hang out with family and friends, sip good wine and enjoy great food. It takes 31 ½ gallons of wine to fill a cask, which is a generous amount that invites sharing. So we multiplied that number by two & you have Cask 63.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
Brian Feirstein is the Executive Chef/Owner for Cask 63, American Eatery & Wine Bar. He is responsible for all menu execution, culinary development, training, and overseeing a staff of twenty. Heralded for his new American cuisine, Feirstein draws his inspiration from local, regional ingredients for unique, seasonal menu creations.
Chef Feirstein’s impressive ten year culinary background includes The Capital Grille-Biltmore Fashion Park, in Phoenix, where he most recently held the title of Executive Chef. Earlier, he was the Executive Chef at the famed Eddie V’s Prime Seafood at DC Ranch in Scottsdale.
