Chris Barski’s practice and skill set spans a wide array of practice areas such as personal injury, bankruptcy, commercial and business litigation.

Chris has litigated numerous complex commercial litigation issues to successful resolutions including contractual, business and financial litigation. Chris is a fully experienced bankruptcy practitioner who specializes in all areas of individual (Chapter 7, 13 and personal Chapter 11) and corporate liquidations and restructuring (Chapter 11).

Chris also enjoys counseling and advising business’ on various matters including employment law and regulatory compliance.

Business Owner

Chris graduated from Arizona State University College of Law, cum laude, in December 2005. During law school, Chris was the Associate Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and interned for the Honorable Michael Daly Hawkins, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Chris was formerly a professional baseball player with the Anaheim Angels organization after being selected in the 1999 Major League Baseball draft. The years of hard work and perseverance to excel at a professional level has guided his law practice and advocacy on behalf of his clients. Chris enjoys golf and is an avid hunter.
