In December 2015 I took a friend of mine to Arizona before we left the Bay Area the social workers were in contact with my friend the whole time return calls answered any question she had and was really pushing her to get out there fast so they said that they would pay for our flights rooms and bored when the social worker picked us up at the airport she did not have a car seat so we had to break the law to get to our motel and the whole time the social workers driving she’s telling us how careful she is being but she also was trying to look up directions to go buy a car seat at 10 o’clock at Nightthen once we got to the motel the next day they be needed diapers and formula and had no way to go to a store if you know Scottsdale area it is very spread out when you don’t know the area and you have to walk to store it isn’t easy with the baby and was hard to get help from social workers so I left before my friend so that they didn’t have to keep paying for my room they they said that they would give me $ 40 for parking at SFO but did not do that I didn’t push the issue because I parked there it’s my truck but I was stuck with the $ 108 parking debt seems like they are in it for the money I know their job is very hard as you could imagine but I think the agency could be a little more honest.

We adopted an incredible baby girl via this agency and we are grateful for that. With that being said this agency was less than ideal to work with. The director is unprofessional and dishonest. When we went to finalize the attorney we worked with shared that this agency is one of the worst she’s seen. We ended up spending way more than we were told we would and several of those «expenses» were undocumented. Our amazing birth mother also had a very poor experience. I could go on & on but will spare you. Please avoid using this agency!
