When not involved with Private Equity firms we have helped companies with their internet marketing campaigns. Utilizing state-​of-​the-​art technology and tools to develop the measurable ROI of Social Media Marketing, Video Marketing, and Mobile Marketing campaigns.

History

Established in 2003.

Founded in 2003 by Joe Stratton after over twenty years in the high tech industry Mr. Stratton used his broad operational expertise to assist Private Equity Firms with Operational and Financial Due Diligence Areas of responsibility included detailed analysis and modeling of Sales, Marketing, Engineering, R&D and Services, as well as Market Analysis, and review of Contracts and Human Resources pay and benefits.

The duties included; assimilation and detailed modeling of companies existing financials and operations, built detailed operational plans for higher organizational effectiveness and efficiency, built detailed financial models of the company’s future state, prepared documentation for underwriting and senior executive review, briefed investment bankers and Senior Executives on the business opportunity; and participated in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts.

Business Owner

Mr. Stratton began his career in the US Air Force, where he was a flight test mission commander, later he worked for Space Division and NORAD on National Defense Satellite and Ground Data Systems.

He later joined Cray Research as a Program Manager where he was responsible for the Design, Development, Implementation, and Support of several Super Computer Facilities. Following this assignment Mr. Stratton became a successful Account Executive credited with the sale of several Super Computers.

He then joined Sun Microsystems Inc., as a Sr Program Manager, and over the next 14 years held positions as Manager Commercial Systems Integrator Channel, Director and Country Manager of Professional Services, and Financial Services Regional Director.

Most recently he has been engaged as a Private Consultant perfoming Operational and Financial Due Diligence.
