Dapple Gray Farm is a hunter jumper training stable located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The staff at Dapple Gray Farm treats each horse as their own and places horsemanship above all else. Trainers Georgie and Audrey Murray can help you reach you riding goals regardless of previous experience. Summer Camps and Pony Club are a regular part of our schedule and help introduce children into the horse community. Keeping in mind that every rider has their own aspirations, our show schedule includes local schooling shows as well as top A rated horse shows across the United States. Our training program includes daily turnout, grooming, riding, feeding of supplements and overall care of your horse. Our beautiful facility offers well-​kept stalls equipped with a mister system and individual fans for each horse during hot summer months. Dapple Gray Farm has three riding arenas which are watered and groomed daily, beautiful custom painted jumps, a ¼ mile race track, and access to miles of trails.

History

Established in 1984.

Dapple Gray Farm’s roots have always been in the west. Initially established in New Mexico by Audrey Murray, the farm later transitioned to Lubbock, Texas where it was based for 10 years followed by a move to Arizona in 1997.

Meet the Business Owner

Georgie and Audrey M.

Business Owner

Georgie Murray grew up in a family full of horsemen and began riding at an early age. She competed in her first Grand Prix at the age of fourteen and won her first Grand Prix at fifteen. She has competed throughout North America and Europe at international competitions such as Spruce Meadows and the Winter Equestrian Festival and has also spent time working in Germany for Ulrich and Lars Meyer zu Bexten. Georgie was the recipient of the West Coast Active Riders Meritorious Rider Scholarship in 2007 for recognition of her outstanding academic and athletic performance.

Audrey Murray has been in the horse business for over thirty years, but prefers to hand the reins over to her daughter Georgie when it comes to competitions. Audrey’s gift of patience makes her incredibly talented with young horses and riders of all ages and levels. With an eye for raw talent, Audrey and her husband C.E. have produced and sold many top horses over the years.
