Deborah Wilson MD and associates is a group of caring professionals who offer Gynecologic care to women of all ages and are particularly interested in the issues that menopausal women confront.

Dr. Wilson, Dr. Waliser and Dr. Parry together offer a wide range of services both in the office and in the operating room.

Together, we have performed over 10,000 minimally invasive hysterectomies, myomectomies (removal of fibroids), and other surgical procedures.

We specialize in the safe removal of large fibroid uteri through small incisions with a quick and relatively painless recovery, allowing the patient to return to work within a week.

We offer many hormone replacement options for menopausal women who are suffering with hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, and vaginal dryness. From creams, patches, gels and timed release estrogen and testosterone pellets, we will work with you until you are satisfied with your results.

For those women who cannot take hormones or choose not to take hormones and are suffering with vaginal dryness, we offer Mona Lisa Touch laser therapy. Mona Lisa Touch is a painless in office procedure that rejuvenates the vagina, making intercourse comfortable and relieving urinary symptoms such as frequency, urgency, and urinary tract infections.

We offer basic services such as annual exams, colposcopies, treatment of abnormal pap smears and condyloma.

We practice Gynecology only, not Obstetrics.

History

Established in 1986.

In 1986 Dr. Wilson opened a practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She delivered 5,000 babies in 17 years. Gradually, she became well known as an excellent Gynecologic surgeon and felt that she had to choose between Obstetrics and Gynecology.

In 2002 Dr. Wilson stopped delivering babies and began to devote herself to the practice of Gynecology and minimally invasive surgery.

She has taught advance minimally invasive surgery for the past 8 years to surgeons all around the world through the Olympus America Educational department. She and Dr. Waliser are both recognized as national experts in the field of minimally invasive hysterectomy, myomectomy, and other surgical procedures.

Dr. Wilson, Dr. Waliser, and Dr. Parry are also interested in the concerns of menopausal women. They recognize that women function best with an appropriate hormonal balance and are open to discussing an appropriate treatment regimen of estrogen and testosterone to women who are able to take hormones.

Business Owner

Deborah Wilson MD opened her practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1986. She delivered babies until 2002, at which time she began to concentrate on Gynecology and particularly the issues that menopausal women face. She practices with Dr. Waliser and Dr. Parry.

Deborah Wilson is a vegan and an animal rights advocate. She currently serves on the Arizona State Council of Humane Society of the United States and is a member of Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine as well as many other animal protection groups.

Dr. Wilson owns a sanctuary for farm animals and dogs in Prescott Valley, Arizona– Circle L Ranch (cir​clel​.org) and actively rescues dogs and cats from rural shelters.

She has 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
