Our attorneys are licensed in Arizona, Illinois and Iowa. Meet the Manager

Michael D.

Manager

Michael Dergo is an experienced multi-​state litigator focused on corporate, transactional, and business law, criminal litigation, civil litigation (including personal injury) and debtors’/creditors’ rights. He represents clients in state and federal courts, mediations, arbitrations, and before government regulatory bodies and commissions. He has served as a private and court appointed arbitrator and mediator.

Michael received his B.A. in Business Administration from Augustana College, completed the Comparative and Transnational Law Program at the University of Bourdeaux (France), and was conferred his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Northern Illinois University, where he served as Editor of the Law Review, National Moot Court Finalist and winner of the Best Brief Award. He was also two-​term President of the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity.

Michael is admitted to practice law in Arizona, Illinois and Iowa state and federal courts and tribal court.
