Founding SWLP in 1995, Sandra Wilken was first recognized for representing major developments in Scottsdale, including The Phoenician and Gainey Ranch. In March of 2013, Sandra Wilken Luxury Properties merged with Engel & Völkers, in Engel & Völkers Sandra Wilken Partners.

With more than 39 years of experience in the Valley, Sandra offers an elegant mix of executive insight and unmatched market knowledge that attracts buyers and sellers locally, nationally and internationally who seek her expertise. After founding Sandra Wilken Luxury Properties more than 18 years ago, Sandra has worked diligently to earn the firm’s standing as Arizona’s most exclusive, boutique luxury real estate firm. Her elaborate network, concierge-style service and famous «Little Black Book» of resources allow her and her agents to sell the right home to the right buyer, at the right price.
In recent years, Sandra has expanded the firm into a company of international stature.
