After a response from the doctor I have decided to amend my previous review.
I still feel there was a lack of compassion from Dr. Reuss, after what was a very long and both physically and emotionally draining labor. However my son did arrive safely and without a c-​section.
It just saddened me that after reading outstanding reviews from other patients I felt I did not receive the same care and consideration.

Dr. Reuss is the most wonderful doctor and clearly a great person! He is so caring, knowledgeable, and CALM. I have been going to Dr. Reuss since 2005 and I cant imagine going to anyone else… ever! His staff is extremely friendly and intelligent as well. I am 7 months pregnant with my first baby and Mary has been there to answer the MANY questions I have had :) This is an office where you feel like family. You’re not another patient with a file. I feel so blessed that Dr. Reuss will get to deliver my baby boy in February!

It’s never easy to find a new OB/​GYN when you move to a new place. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I was impressed that Dr. Reuss actually came out to the waiting room to greet me during my first visit. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain my options, not rushing to see his next patient. His staff was also very friendly and helpful. I’m glad to have visited this office and will continue to do so!

Dr. Reuss is such an unconventional doctor. I’ve been seeing him for two years, and he’s absolutely fabulous. For starters, he shakes your hand on the way in and the way out. You go into his office before and after your pap. I’m 30, and he’s the first gyno who’s ever TALKED to me before asking me to get on the table. I can’t even begin to tell you how refreshing that is. I went in last year for a biopsy, and he explained everything he was going to do, and even drew pictures of how cells grow, and really put me at ease. After the procedure, we went back to his office where he explained next steps based on different outcomes.
I have referred several friends here and will continue to do so. It’s odd to be passionate about your gyno, but well, he’s awesome.

Dr. Reuss is caring and compassionate. He spends time making sure all of my questions are answered. I’ve been going to Dr. Reuss since I was 17 and will never go anywhere else. I have moved all over the valley but I will always drive to Scottsdale because he’s the best OBGYN ever! You always see Dr. Reuss, never another Dr. or PA. I highly recommend Dr. Reuss.

Have you ever been to a doctor’s office where everybody knows your name? Yes, that is beyond cheesy. Yes, it is an amazing thing.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Reuss for a little over two years. He recently delivered my daughter (a tiny ball of perfection) at the Scottsdale Osborn Family Birthing Suites. From my first appointment to the big day, he was everything I had hoped for in an OB/​GYN. As a first time mom, I had a a fair amount of questions prepared for each appointment. Dr. Reuss was always patient, never rushed our appointments and was very communicative throughout my pregnancy. If only all doctors could be so great.
The office staff is also on a different level of wonderful. Shoutout to Mary, Gabriela, and Alee. Kind, supportive, and always friendly, these ladies are amazing. The total package includes a superb doctor, excellent office staff, and open availability when scheduling appointments.
I’m so grateful I was referred to this practice by a dear friend. Having a baby is beyond emotional. The treatment I received at this office calmed my crazy mommy brain from start to finish.

I absolutely love Dr. Reuss! He is the absolute best! He has been my OB for the last three years and just delivered my son via C-​section in November 2013. He was so caring through the whole process and really went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of at the hospital. On top of that, my scar looks great and is barely even noticeable. His staff is also great! So happy he replaced Evette with Mary. Mary is wonderful and is always so helpful when Dr. Ruess is unavailable! I now live an hour away from his office but continue to go there because of the quality of service provided! That kind of service is hard to find these days!

I’ve been going to Dr. Reuss for nine years and have nothing but great things to say. He has a very thorough approach and I’ve never felt rushed. His staff is the best!

I love this office! The staff is amazing and I could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. Reuss. He listens to my questions and answers them so I understand what isgoing on. I’ve never felt rushed by him during an appointment and he takes my concerns seriously. The ladies in the office are always helpful and get back to me quickly with any information I may need from them. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone.
