I started the «Lab» in 2014 yet have been Personal Training since 2005 when i was 18. Our Mission is to accept everyone where they are at in order to get them to where they want to be!

Business Owner

I have been training for 10+ years and in the industry since before the age of 18. Originally from Detroit, MI I eventually moved to Arizona after loving the weather & healthy lifestyle, graduated locally here at ASU with a B.S. in Exercise & Wellness, minoring in Small Business Entrepreneurship. Certified through NASM, NESTA, & NSCA-​CSCS.

I have a background training in Physical Therapy Clinics, Globo Gyms, Sports Conditioning Training Facilities, Crossfit gyms, Youth Fitness, private training studios, as well as independently. Working in various roles from Personal Trainer, Performance Coach, to Program Manager, Fitness Director & owner.
