This is the first time I have used this company and I can assure you it will not be the last. Have already recommended F & F Carpet Cleaning to 3 other people. I am moving into a home where carpets had recently been cleaned by Chem Dry… they looked terrible, so called F & F Carpet Cleaning in to clean them. The carpets look amazing. Fred is the person I spoke with and he came out immediately to give me a free estimate. We set a time for him to come back to clean the carpets and when I arrived at the appointed time, he was there waiting on me! Not only did Fred do a wonderful job getting the carpets clean, he is professional, personable and their company is extremely accessible. I highly recommend this company!

Fred did a great job getting rid of pet stains and embedded dirt from my carpet. It looks and smells like new again.
The appointment process was easy, we agreed on a date and time. Fred was on time, he gave me a price quote, then proceeded with the job.

F & F was very professional, and the carpets looked brand new after completion. If I ever need to clean my carpets again they will be the first we call. In fact, we notified our real estate agent that if anyone ever asks for a recommendation this would be a great company to use. They were punctual, thorough and honest. I’ve seen some reviews regarding price, but frankly, they were right on par with other quotes we received as well! If you want the job done right, call F & F, and you will not be disappointed.

Thanks to Unilocal,I found F & F Carpet Cleaning to clean my Mother’s carpets and rugs. Farhad, a co-​owner, arrived promptly as scheduled and made some good suggestions and recommendations before cleaning. He is cheerful, hard working, knowledgeable and did a thoroughly fine job. The main carpet cleaning machine is mounted in the van and a long suction hose and solution feed line is attached to the cleaning wand that provides powerful suction for deep cleaning.
We were thoroughly satisfied with the results and fair pricing. I have scheduled them to clean my office next week.

Just had my carpets cleaned & I am beyond happy with how clean they are now! I have a pet & not only was Jason able to get all the grime out, he also gave my 4 legged baby some belly rubs. Found them on Unilocal.They picked up an area rug. He promised it would look like new. He complimented me on the abstract design on the rug. Yes, it’ beautiful but I bet he says that to everyone! LOL.
Rug came back looking super clean and beautiful. Hubby thinks they were expensive. I think you get what you pay for. They did a nice job.

If I can add more than 5 stars. I definitely would. I’ve used other carpet cleaning services before but this company is worth every penny and so much more. My boyfriend and I just recently moved in together and I got tired of looking at all the couch and carpet stains. I called this carpet cleaning company and they were able to fite in right away. After two solid hours of carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning. Everything looked brand new. Not one wine nor pet stain (we have two dogs).
They are punctual, detailed, and made sure you were happy with the results. My boyfriend came home and couldn’t believe his eyes of the cleanliness!
I highly recommend them and I will be using them again.

I bought a fixer upper in Scottsdale, was going to replace the carpets. But since F&F had already done some work for me decided to take a shot at cleaning. I asked for Randy and he showed up right on time.
This was some of the dirtiest carpet I’ve ever seen it was dark gray. Randy did a great job cleaning it up. The carpet is beige now!

Randy made my carpets look like new. Wine stains, PET STAINS, you name it… nothing out of the realm of possibility. I was blown away, and the price was right too. I will absolutely be using them again.
