History

Established in 1999.

FireDrum started out as Turpentyne Productions, a web design and graphic design firm in Scottsdale, AZ. In early 2003 we designed and launched our web-​based Email Marketing software, which is now providing permission-​based fully managed and do it yourself email marketing services to thousands of businesses, organizations and groups, including fully branded white-​label and private-​label versions of our fully functional email marketing program.

Firedrum is a great Internet marketing company. I use them for both my website and email marketing campaigns. They are very helpful and have great customer service. Being on the east coast, it is helpful being able to contact them later in my day or even after all of my appointments are done. They are quick to respond to an email for help, or return a missed phone call. Collaborating with Firedrum for my website is easy and they offer a lot of great suggestions to make the site more appealing and user-​friendly. I highly suggest Firedrum if you are looking for great customer service/​support as well as a user-​friendly website and email marketing campaigns.

Needed to put together an email blast for a soon-​approaching performance and tried Firedrum. I found it to be very easy to use, and I loved getting a clear understanding of how many people had viewed my invitation. It’s the best way to go if you’re trying to build a fan base and want to keep track of what works, and what doesn’t. For the self-​employed, it’s great to have something work right, and not take up valuable time ramping up on ‘How To’.

Straight shooters, call and a human being answers the phone — first WOW. Then compare email marketing prices and customization on newsletters — second WOW, less than that competitor you hear so much about… they are not that cost effective! And the web — we have been happy for over 6 years. A big thank you to Mike and the gang for making our life at Kidstop & Babystop a little — a lot easier. You make my visions a reality!

Excellent design work and the email marketing program is the best on the market. They do it all in terms of online marketing and won’t blast you with crazy monthly fees like some of the others in town.
