Gawley Bryan W. M.D.

Dr. Gawley is one of the best plastic surgeons in Az if you ask me. I am a stylist here in Scottsdale and have seen lots and lots of bad plastic surgery here in the valley. So when it was my turn to get plastic surgery I wanted to go to only the best. I asked all my clients (the ones with good plastic surgery) who they went to and Dr. Gawley was one that was recommended by one of my clients that went in for a lift after losing 125lbs. During her lift Dr. Gawley sent out her breast tissue for testing and it came back that she had cancer. After having a double mastectomy Dr. Gawley did reconstructive surgery on her and they look amazing again! I needed a lift and implants after having my daughter so Dr. Gawley is who I went with. I am very very happy still to this day and it has been 7 years. I have referred many of my clients to him over the past 7 years and everyone has been just as pleased as I am. I’m thinking about going smaller this year and went on Unilocal just to see what others have said about Dr. Gawley. I was shocked to see some reviews were not the best. I guess that’s life you can’t make everyone happy! I will definitely be going back to him and will continue referring my clients, friends, and family to him!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Gawley to anyone who is interested in breast augmentation. I had a lot of anxiety about getting the procedure done, but after my consultation, I felt totally confident that he would do a great job. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. From the beginning of the process to the end, Dr. Gawley and his assistants were patient and obviously very knowledgeable. I felt that they took the time to explain the full process of pre and post operation needs. They are very willing to discuss the desired outcome and different techniques and sizes. I can tell Dr. Gawley truly cares about his work. Their great service showed by him checking in the night of surgery and also by the office sending flowers after surgery. I am truly so happy with the end result! Again, I will recommend this office to anyone!

It’s because his skill and care is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. My results were so beautiful after my double mastectomy, I can’t stop raving about him, nor stop looking at myself in the mirror! I had 9 year old saline Implants that needed to be removed. I had to find someone close to home due to having illness from a ruptured implant. Dr Gawley was someone I consulted with but I was not feeling that he would be my first choice. he Is a Doctor who likes to dodge answering direct questions. i found this a bit frustrating since I was looking to have a capsulectomy performed to ensure that the scar tissue would be removed with the Implants.
I booked with Gawley to explant and to this day I kick myself for not listening to my intuition about this doctor.
i was running a fever the day before surgery, I called the office and they had me talk to his anesthesiologist (also his wife), regarding the surgery and fever. I asked if I should cancel and she said that we can wait until the next day (surgery day) to see how I am. she explained that she would not be comfortable if my fever was over 100. next day I arrive in afternoon to his
they are getting me ready they see I am running a fever.(I did not feel that I was but felt very dehydrated). they bring in the anesthesiologist to check me and I am well over a 100 degrees of a fever. her comment was «you will be fine, we can go ahead, Its not as If we are putting anything into your body, we are just taking it out.»
so what happened to yesterdays comment of anything over 100, she would not feel comfortable moving forward with? i take partial blame for not stopping to do surgery as well but as a patient we should trust that the doctors would know better.
fast forward four days after surgery, I end up in ER. the doctors (I had two different ones), tell me straight out that you never open someone up with a fever because you are introducing new bacteria in. BINGO!
he was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever come into contact with. he did not even take samples of the scar tissue out to send to pathology.
I had a host of problems after using him due to his lack of proper protocol. This was my sixth surgery in 30 years for breast implants as I always would switch out my Implants through the years and I never had one single problem in the past. This should have been easy and It Is still an ongoing mess.
I made it perfectly clear that I was removing Implants and had no Interest In ever putting implants back into my body. I was irritated by him mentioning twice that I should. I find him to be a salesman of anything he can make money off of and he truly is missing what it takes to be a true talent and skilled doctor.
I hope any one considering using him will know that my experience is being brought forth to try to prevent this happening to someone else.

Jamie Comstock is a true artist. I have had a number of individuals inject botox and filler, never anyone who has enhanced my appearance so naturally. Simply amazing!

Dr. Gawley did my reconstructive breast surgery after a bilateral mastectomy in 2012, and I was not happy with the results. I asked repeatedly during our consultations for an estimate of cup size after the surgery (I wanted a B cup), and he said he could not guarantee the size but that I would be «happy with the results.» Instead, I woke up with massive implants and a DD cup, and when asked why he used such huge implants, he really did not have an answer.
After several painful months struggling with these implants, I ended up having them removed and replaced by an amazing plastic surgeon at the Mayo Clinic. Now, four years later, after absolutely no contact, I am receiving calls and letters from Dr. Gawley’s office, saying I still owe $ 200. Really? According to my records, I’ve paid this, but their billing bulldog is not letting it go, and she does not believe the paper trail I have shown her. Guess I should not be surprised, as every aspect of my contact with this office has been disappointing.

I am so impressed with the level of care I received at this office. Dr Gawley is amazing and so is his staff. Cindy is one of the nurses and she obviously picked the right field of work for her. She never left my side and made me feel so comfortable. And the other day I met the woman who does the injectables, I forget her name but she’s a really pretty little blond thing, and she’s awesome. I highly recommend this office and everyone in it. I interviewed a lot of places before picking this one, and I don’t regret it for one minute. It may not the cheapest place to go, but the level of care is absolutely worth it.
Update: last night, after office hours, gawley calls my husband to check up on me and to give him his personal cell number. A woman from the office called me this afternoon to see if I had any concerns. And just now as I’m laying down, healing from yesterday I get a knock at the door, and it’s a beautiful flower delivery from dr gawley. This is how customer service is supposed to be.

I am 100% happy with my results. (Replacement of both 25 year old implants, due to leaking). Dr. Gawley and his staff were professional and really cared about me. They went over everything with me and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Gawley and all involved. I did everything he recommended and had a quick, easy recovery. I like my new look even better than the first time around! I would definitely recommend Gawley Plastic Surgery! Thank-​you Dr. Gawley and staff!

I had an appointment for botox and of course everything was amazing! Everyone in Dr. Gawley’s office is the best! I also get my facial peels, vitamin B serum, and sunscreen here!

Shame on Moki H. for attempting to tarnish the reputation of Dr. Gawley! I am a former patient of Dr. Gawley’s, and I personally believe he is one of the most talented, compassionate, and genuine plastic surgeons in Arizona. Not only does he have the highest level of integrity, but his reputation and credentials are second to none.
He performs reconstructive breast surgery to help patients like you and me who may have been disfigured by another surgeon, and he does so without any judgment and out of the kindness of his heart! You have a completely misguided opinion of this man, and you obviously have too much time on your hands. Your opinions are poorly fashioned, reactionary, and judgmental. Go spread your crazy somewhere else!

Never had any work done but for a good reason. This doctor betrayed me by discussing my case with my previous surgeon against my wishes. My previous surgeon, who has permanently disfigured me actually got in my face at a follow up appointment and mockingly yelled in my face that he talked to Dr. Gawley about me. This speaks for Dr. Gawley’s integrity. Make your decisions wisely. Arizona is not a good place to have plastic surgery (A friend was actually told this by another plastic surgeon in town-​Nobody is good here in AZ).

I just had my 2 month check up after breast augmentation and am super pleased. From the get go of setting up a consultation it has been a very easy process. I travel a lot for work and Brenna was helpful on finding days that would work for pre-​operation and surgery. She made you feel like you were her number one priority. Dr. Gawley is very knowledgeable, up to date on procedures, and able to answer any questions you have. He is also personable and makes you feel comfortable while discussing everything. As far as the surgery everything went great. Recovery went well and I was able to run again at 4 weeks :) The scars in my armpits are healing fine and my new girls look awesome! Go to Dr. Gawley.
