It was my first time visiting this shop last night, and right from the time I walked in until leaving got nothing but the best customer service from Mo, who was the guy working the front. Had amazing product knowledge, balanced having other customers in the store, and was patient with every customer. Overall great experience and will for sure be back again.

When I first moved down in the valley three years ago, finding a good smoke shop was hard. Luckily a friend of mine brought me in my life smoke shop and introduce me to Mo. Now there’s an another shop that I would go to instead of going to High Life Smoke Shop. Everybody in there is super helpful and always in a great mood. And I haven’t even mentioned how they fix every one of my mechanic will be problems that I have encountered. These guys really know their stuff and I would recommend them to anybody, any day.

WOW! What an awesome shop. This review will be based on the Vape Shop aspect since that is what I went in for. They had a huge selection of juices and gear. I live in San Antonio and found this place close to my hotel and visited it based on the reviews. The custom juice that I made turned out excellent. Ginger Ale and Rose Water. The customer service was excellent as well. I wish I could remember the dudes name that helped me. I go to AZ every year and I will be back to this shop!

Awesome store, amazing customer service and the best deals in town. No empty promises either, if they’re out of something and say they’ll have it next day you better believe they will. By far the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to. All of my hookah needs have been met and my expectations exceeded! Keep up the great job Moe and crew!

Hi-​Life Smoke Shop is by far my favorite shop in the valley. Amazing customer service, killer products, and bombdotcom prices. They also have everything your heart could desire: Glass products, Drip Juices, Grumb, Drank, Smoke, Mods, and the list goes on. I highly recommend this establishment. I’ve already got everyone I know hooked on HLSS!

The Hi Life is a great glass shop. In town from California I broke my quartz nail. No problem though Ace and the rest of the staff were quick to help. Not only did I get what I needed, I got some stuff I wanted. There collection of name brand, one off, not mass produced glass is very impressive. Also as a General in the G Pen army it was great to see fully stocked Grenco accessories, batteries, and full starter kits. If you’re in the area and you are in need of a vital piece that just broke or you just want to check out some truly impressive glass I’d get your ass in here. Also walk around ask questions and talk shop, they’ll hook it up if you’re not a dick.

on of the best smoke shop in town hands down, i highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for any smoking needs, they have the best prices and best customer service i have ever experienced. i went there last night to get Vape and got me Pax for really good price i still cant believe that this place just opened because they have everything i need.

Checked this local shop out today. Didn’t have the exact vapor pen I wanted, however the gentleman who helped me was kind, respectful, and even pointed me In the right direction. They had decent product here, worth a scope.
