At first I was pleased with Joe Dufek’s office, but that has completely changed. I have been getting letters for the last 8 months from the dmv stating that I need to provide proof of coverage, so I called Dufek’s office. They told me they would take care of it after I called about each letter that was sent on both of my vehicles. Four more letters from the DMV later and getting stopped by the police who threatened to impound my vehicle because my registration had been revoked was enough for me to take care of things on my own. Joe Dufek and his staff are a joke.
I like State Farm as a company, but I think they need to revaluate the agents who represent them. I will be moving on to a new agent who values me as a customer.

I know it may be weird to love an insurance company, but I can honestly say I love Joe Dufek and his State Farm Insurance Agency.
Joe Dufek has been my first and only insurance agent. All of the people that work here are super friendly and helpful. Joe Dufek even sends holiday cards, which is really awesome.
They aren’t difficult if you need to make an insurance claim either. I have heard horror stories from other people when they have made an insurance claim with another company.
Even though I have moved away from this area, I have stuck with Joe Dufek because he and his entire agency is wonderful.
