I got my lasik about 2 weeks ago and the results have been amazing! I never knew life without contacts was so simple and easy!
The staff and doctors here were very nice and answered any questions I had. The procedure itself was very quick and so was the healing process!
It was also very nice that they do referral benefits!
Just make sure to bring a dark colored jacket or blanket to cover your face for the ride after the procedure since your eyes will be sensitive to the bright AZ sunlight!

Absolutely awesome! The staff is so friendly. I couldn’t believe how quick and painless the procedure is. From the point they started, literally took 5 – 10 minutes!!! My vision was blurry at first, but after only a couple hours, my vision was perfect!!! I wasn’t even light sensitive. I recommend Lasik Plus for everybody. I wish I did this a decade ago.

I had an exceptional experience at Lasik Plus and would like to share my time with them. From my initial evaluation to my post op appointment, I was treated with amazing and personal care from all the staff. The front desk, especially Carrie, kept in touch (and had to deal with playing phone tag with me) over a span of 3 – 4 weeks to make sure I had exactly what I needed and all my questions answered. She went above and beyond.
During my eval, the employees doing my testing were very thorough, and made me feel like they were doing what they needed to do to ensure my surgery would be accurate and mistake free. I was given a tour of the office, met all the doctors there, and had all my questions answered. I also was able to meet the surgeon Dr. Perry, who gave me the time and went over my case, even with his busy schedule, and also Dr. Wayment, the O.D. who was very kind and professional and also thoroughly reviewed my eyes to make sure I was a good candidate for the surgery. They also all remembered my sister, who they treated with LASIK many months prior, and always asked how she was doing.
I then visited another location to have an evaluation done, and was surprised how different the experience was. Lasik Plus had me sit in the waiting room very minimally, while I had to wait at this other office for 45 minutes before my eval. They rushed through my eval and I was given information over the phone that contraindicated what they were telling me in person. They then rushed me into the consultation room to try to sell me on their «February Valentines sale», which I thought was inappropriate. It really made me appreciate how Lasik Plus took the time to give me a tour and meet the surgeons. These are my eyes and the little things really matter.
When surgery day came, I could not believe how quick, simple and painless the procedure was. Dr. Perry guided me through every step, and told me exactly what would happen before they did, which made things very easy. He and his assistant Janelle took extra precaution to make sure I was safe and comfortable. Their laser equipment was top notch.
Lasik Plus gives you a very specific set of rules to follow and I’m happy to say that at my one day post op I had ²⁰⁄₁₅ vision and no pain! Dr.‘s Perry and Wayment were there to see me one day later (on a Saturday) to make sure everything was healing appropriately. After the surgery, I was light sensitive and felt some minor soreness, but after a short nap — I felt nearly 100%. It has now been 48 hours after surgery and I’m doing great. My eyes are nearly perfect, halo’s are seen at night, which they said is a normal side effect for a few weeks after surgery, and some dryness is there. Overall, I’m amazed how someone can be given perfect vision so quickly with nearly no recovery time and most importantly no pain. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to rid themselves of glasses and contacts.

I was nervous at first to get lasik, but after my consultation they did an amazing job of educating me on the procedure. The entire staff was extremely friendly!
Dr. Perry did a great job of calming my nerves by explaining everything he was doing throughout the procedure. I’m very happy with both their service and the results!

No more glasses! Thanks to lasik plus! Before coming here I consulted at lasik institute and they were quick and unfriendly. I felt as if they just wanted my money :/​. My boyfriend told me about LASIK plus and thought I’d give them a try! Staff here are super friendly! They actually care! Dr Wayment is soft spoken he takes his time to explain and answers all your questions. Dr Perry whom did the procedure was quick! He is funny which made the procedure less scary! Thank you LASIK plus :) no more four eyes!

Best decision I have made. The whole staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The procedure was quick and I was seeing great the same day. I was even able to go to work and play softball the following day.

After thinking about LASIK for years I finally decided to do the procedure and it was worth it. I would definitely recommend LASIK plus! The office staff is awesome and Dr. Gabriel is a very comfortable Dr to be around.

I have been wearing glasses since the 5^th grade, and 19 years later I don’t have to wear glasses or contacts anymore! I was referred to LASIK plus by my best friend after she had a successful procedure and I’m so happy I went through with it myself! I worked with Dr. Gabriel J. Perry D.O. (Ophthalmologist) who did the procedure and Dr. Scott B. Wayment O. D (Optometrist) has been doing my follow ups and check ups. They both are great and have made me feel so comfortable through out the experience. And lastly the staff here is awesome as well Jennifer especially has been so warm and welcoming. She even remembered me by name which is awesome customer service in itself!

Dr. Perry and staff are amazing. Today was my surgery 5 hours later I’m posting this I can see things I couldn’t see and so clear. I’m very impressed and very excited this was a investment that was well worth the cost. Thanks once again you guys are the best.

Had an appoint to pre screen for Lasik Surgery. The conversation was confusing and the analogies were used in the sales process were mis-​leading.
The office was very chaotic and the booming sound of the Center Director Phoenix Matket is not professional. This organization is a sales organization and I felt pressured with the use of analogies and medical specific jargon that is not easy to understand. I very much felt pressured by the more expensive option. When I question the results for the two options I was told by their Optometrist That he would not preform the less expensive option on me because He said; «I would not get the results and would be unhappy with the procedure». Question; why offer something as an option if the Doctor would refuse to perform that surgery. Additionally, I was offered «Free Enhancements» and it was written on my quote and yet it did not mention «Free Enhancements» in the disclosures, it seemed as if it were written to confuse and diminish the promise.
I was very hesitant and uncomfortable. I was told that the surgeon would call me that evening, he did not. I followed up with them the next day and told them I wanted to do the surgery the next day, The Optometrist called me immediately, we discussed the options and it was still somewhat unclear to me. What was clear to me is that fact that he would not do the least expensive option period.
After much thought I hesitantly decided to proceed. I scheduled an appointment and came to their office. I was very nervous and frankly not comfortable with the environment. Their operating room is like a massive fish tank and everyone in the clinic can see you and knows what you are doing. The loud lady (Center Director Phoenix Market) was not discrete and when I mentioned HIPA Laws they told me that HIPA Laws don’t apply to elective surgeries. Wow! My concerns were discussed openly in front of a room of roughly 8 patients. Needless to say not only was I uncomfortable, had anxiety, and now embarrassed.
This was what made me get my money back and walk out of their clinic;
I was asked to come into the Surgical room and the double checked my eyes and then Dr. Wayment put in my eyes eye numbing eye drops. Then I was told that I needed to go through the informed consent forms and sign. I tried to read thru the documents and sign again after they put eye numbing eye drops in my eyes. I finished the documents and then they came back to me and gave me a tri-​fold consent form and said I needed to fill that out too. At that point I asked for my money back and when I complained about the lack of privacy I was told that HIPA laws did not apply to elective surgeries.
The problem is this;
1. There is no non-​bias information available online regarding LASIK procedures.
2. Pressure sales.
3. Lack of privacy.
4. Lack of any discretion.
5. Uncomfortable chaotic office.
I asked for my money back and walked out the door. Then I read this on the internet about LASIK Plus;
LASIKPlus was not known for its attention to quality. It received Warning Letters from the FDA concerning violations of federal regulations which govern the proper use of its surgical lasers. It reports more than $ 6,600,000 in reserves to cover its patients’ medical malpractice claims. That is, at an average price of $ 3,000 per patient having LASIK surgery on both eyes, it needs 2,200 new patients just to cover the costs of its prior blunders.
I would not walk away, I would run.

I have to say, I have been nervous about talking to people for years. My prescription is terrible and I was afraid of refection. Not only am I a candidate, everyone there was amazing, inviting and knowledgeable. They have the most advanced lasers in use. I was so comfortable that i actually purchased on the first visit, and I never buy something immediately. I will update later as things progress.

Dr. Gabriel Perry and staff did a great job with the boyfriend laying in the pic. They not only make you feel right at home but will answer any questions or concerns you may have. Carrie Carter will greet you with open arms and definitely make sure to ask her about any yummy lunch spots in the area. Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of my babes.

Best place to get your eyes done hands down! They explain everything and you leave with confidence. The surgery went nice and smooth, but the best part is how friendly everyone is! If you decide to get your eyes done this is the place to go!

Contemplated getting LASIK for years and honestly it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I was nearsighted and had relied on my contacts and glasses every single day. It’s been exactly 3 weeks today since my surgery and my vision is absolutely perfect now!
The staff is beyond friendly and very informative about any question or concern you might have. I highly recommend LasikPlus Vision Center to anyone considering LASIK, you won’t regret it!

I went from –5.75 to ²⁰⁄₁₅. The staff is so friendly and professional. I can’t say enough great things. Don’t wait!

Had my lasik surgery great success my vision is great now… great staff accommodation were excellent highly recommend to anyone considering lasik.

After years of thinking about getting LASIK, I finally made the plunge. LASIKPlus is awesome. Their free consultation had little or no sales pressure but was packed full of information to help you make an informed decision.
They have some financing options but I went with using FSA which I would recommend if you have FSA or HSA available to you.
The final results? The next day I’m seeing about ²⁰⁄₁₅ which is amazing. Dr. Perry had some concerns and voiced them to me because my vision was so poor. Now I’m only looking forward to my vision getting better!

This was probably the best visit I have experienced at any doctor’s office. Dr. Scott was great to work with. My coworker and I are considering Lasik and decided to make it a little more fun than average and went in at the same time.
They were incredibly accommodating and even made the whole visit enjoyable, professional, thorough and an excellent experience all around.
I highly recommend this place. It has all the latest high tech Lasik equipment and the facility is very clean and modern.
Great job guys. Highly recommended.

Service was great. Staff was friendly and professional. Facility was clean and well organized. However after 5 weeks I STILL have a foggy/​halo effect during the day light hours and most prominently in the evening. VERY disappointing. No amount of lubricating drops will correct this issue. I would seriously consider thinking twice before having this surgery done.

Shady.
They have very deceptive business practices. They advertise prices that almost no one qualifies for and then try to stick you with a MUCH higher bill after getting you in the door.
When I accused them of advertising a low price they know almost no one would qualify for (they admitted less than 5% of people qualify for the super low sale price) that is commonly referred to as a «bait and switch» LasikPlus’s response to me was this… «Everybody does it.».
Wow. I’ll never do business with a company like that.
