Went to many stores and this store at top of list. Nice, roomy, lots of choices. Missy was an absolutely amazing consultant. Knew her stuff and such an eye for what we were looking for, and helped find the total LOOK. Owner stepped in to help on 2^nd visit to finalize. So friendly, knowledgable and ACCOMODATING. Highly recommend for selection of everything, service and knowledge, very competitive pricing. Also I do recommend getting appt with Missy!!!

I came here to try on some bridesmaid dresses. I called ahead to make an appointment and they were extremely accommodating. Hannah helped me out and she was the sweetest! She was so helpful and even took pictures for me to send to the bride. I didn’t end up ordering from them because the bride changed her mind on dress designer but I would definitely come back if I ever need to!

I ordered my dress at the beginning of September for my January wedding, so it had to be rush ordered. I didn’t get confirmation that it was delivered until about 2 weeks before my wedding, so I was really nervous we wouldn’t have enough time to get the alterations done. I had nothing but good experiences with the staff when I was in the store, and the seamstress was awesome! She got all of my alterations done to perfection in one week.

I did not buy my dress here because I found the dress that I liked somewhere else for less (and faster delivery), I had procrastinated so I had no choice but to get it at the other place so it would come in on time for my wedding. They were willing to price match at Lillian Lottie so I think if I had the time I would have just bought it here and saved myself the stress of getting it somewhere with terrible customer service.
Lillian Lottie was the best experience I had trying on dresses, I had tried so many places and they were the nicest here. I think the girl that helped me was Jessica. My mom and sister weren’t able to make it (which I was sad about) so Jessica helped me pick out dresses and took amazing pictures for me to show them. It was such a stressful time for me and I am grateful that she was so patient and kind.
This store is beautiful and has an amazing selection of dresses, I suggest going early enough that you have time to browse and try on more dresses.

Went to Lillian Lottie with my mother and bridesmaid in tow a few months ago and had a truly wonderful experience! We were fortunate enough to get a session with Hannah, who is very knowledgeable and friendly. She was so easy to work with it was like being with one of my bridesmaids rather than a salesperson.
I loved that the store had a big selection of dresses in my budget (under $ 2,000) and the dress I picked was way under that. Other stores I went to had maybe 5 dresses for me to try on that were in my price range. After I was obviously disappointed at the lack of selection, they basically gave me a shoulder shrug.
Anywho, shopping at Lillian Lottie was low-​pressure and a fun day for me and my party. There were two or three dresses I really liked and after seeing what the competition had to offer, I was back the next day to buy my dress! I still have a few months before the alterations start, but I have no doubt they will take care of me.

I had a wonderful time here when I went shopping for my wedding dress last week. Our consultant, Hannah, was fantastic, and made it a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this bridal salon to anyone looking for a good dress shopping experience.

This place is beautiful inside and they have a ton of dresses to choose from. They are also very aware of staying within your budget and not letting you try on dresses out of your budget so you don’t fall in love with a dress out of your reach. I will say that their prices are not competitive and I found the same dress cheaper at EVERY other store in the area. Fortunately, Lillian Lottie does price match however they outsource for alterations so couldn’t include alterations in their cost (which another store did for me so clearly I went with them). Overall great shop though!

OMG I loved this place and had the loveliest experience ever! Better than I ever imagined. Megan took care of my guests and myself and she was so helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend her when looking for your dress. She really made the experience for me. I just can’t get over it! Go here and ask for Megan and you will NOT be sorry you did! You rock!

While I love the dress I purchased here, I haven’t been happy with the customer service. All of my alteration appointments have been late, sometimes by more than half an hour. I also had a difficult time communicating with the store to see when my dress would be in. Someone would say they’d get back to me and never did. This happened several times until I finally complained to the manager and got an immediate answer. You are just a number here.

THE GOOD: They have a wide selection of dresses in a variety of price ranges, and they create a pleasant experience while you’re trying on different dresses. The first salesperson who helped me was kind and creative, and I really appreciated her assistance. The seamstress, Barbara, was wonderful. She was honest about her price, and what she could do and not do, and she did an excellent job with the final product.
THE BAD: After I ordered my dress, their subsequent customer service was terrible. They weren’t able to give me an exact date for the arrival of the dress, so the month my dress was supposed to arrive, I called them to find out the dress’ status. They said they needed to check with the company, and that someone would get back to me. When no one called me back after a few days, I called again. Repeat the same scenario of vague answers followed by a promise to get back to me, followed by no return phone call. No one EVER called me back! Lillian Lottie needs to follow up with its customers!
Moreover, when the dress finally arrived, the sash that I had ordered was not there. I asked about it, and they said they’d order it. It arrived the next day – in the wrong color! When it finally came in, in the correct color, it was cheaply and obviously hastily made. Obviously some fault here belongs to the manufacturer, but Lillian Lottie needs to check their orders for accuracy when they arrive!
They also got the time wrong for one of my dress fittings, and did not apologize, let alone even admit that they had made an error.
Overall, I think Lillian Lottie’s biggest fault is lack of organization, but this is a rather serious flaw in a wedding dress boutique. We dealt with many wonderful companies in preparing for our wedding, but Lillian Lottie was stressful.

Found my dream dress at Lillian Lottie! The staff was absolutely amazing in helping me narrow down exactly what style of dress I wanted. Their boutique is super cute-​perfect for a girls day of dress shopping. I visited a few other shops after my first visit to LL, but nothing compared to the awesome service and gorgeous dresses Lillian Lottie had to offer. I highly recommend getting your wedding dress here if you want a stress-​free, memorable experience.
–I also did my fittings through their shop, which were perfect as well. Dream dress for the best day ever, what more can you ask?!

This was such a wonderful place to get my wedding dress! I’m from Utah and I came here to get my wedding dress because I knew that they were the BEST! My consultant Hannah was so friendly and nice and patient! I tried on so many dresses! When I told her what I was looking for she picked out perfect ones and when I wasn’t sure or wanted to try on more she was so understanding and she was very good at helping me narrow down my choices so I wouldn’t be to over whelmed.
The store was beautiful and had alot of options. It was very clean and organized. The rest of the staff was also so nice and friendly!

What an amazing experience! I waited till after my wedding to post this, but I was in LL around January and it was the first place I went to try on dresses for my August wedding. Jen was amazing! I could not find exactly what I wanted so they said they could make it. I found the perfect dress, but it needed some work. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on after Jen made some alterations. We went to another dress shop that afternoon and they were not nearly as accommodating! We came back later that day and purchased my dress!
The BEST part of the dress process was SADIE! Sadie did my alterations which included a massive sleeve buildup. The dress did not have sleeves and I wanted them. We ordered extra lace and she went to work. She also made the sleeves REMOVABLE so I could take them of after the ceremony. She is a miracle worker. The dress was absolutely stunning and I felt like Cinderella.

Went to Lillian Lottie yesterday and I swear I have never had a better shopping experience. the staff is so helpful, friendly, honest, and honestly there to get you exactly what you need!!! My consultant was Jessica and she was absolutely amazing. Not to mention they have the best assortment of dresses I have seen yet! I found my perfect dress and couldn’t be more pleased with it or the staff there.

Lillian Lottie… YES! 10 stars if I could. I can’t say enough good things about this bridal shop and more specifically, about my consultant, Hannah. She is made to do this for a living! She was efficient, informative, helpful and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect dress. She did a great job at pinning back the dresses so you could get a good idea of what they would look like in your size and picked so many gorgeous options for me. As she says, there were a lot of ‘beautiful no’s’ but the second dress I tried on ended up being the one! Honestly, Hannah made the whole experience enjoyable and I would recommend this shop to anyone. The dresses are beautiful and the prices are fair. The store is not snooty or uptight in the slightest and is beautiful aesthetically. Thank you Hannah and Lillian Lottie for helping me to say Yes to the Dress :)

I just went into Lillian Lottie this weekend and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. I had Hannah as a consultant and she was nothing short of amazing. When I first came in, she asked what exactly I was looking for and she directed me to an entire rack of beautiful dress that were in my price range, with the exact style I was looking for. She was not pushy and seemed genuinely excited to be there and to be helping me out.
I chose as all lace dress with a full lace back. She first put all the dress on me and we decided favorites merely from the front and what we could see of the back through the clips. I narrowed my choices down to four, which many of them were very similar, just had different lace detailing. She then put me back through my favorites and clipped the front so I could see all the beautiful detailing on the backs. From there, it was a hands down clear winner of a dress. The first dress I tried on was the dress I ended up purchasing!
Hannah really is exceptional and put me in exactly what I wanted and was so helpful. I would recommend this shop to everyone! Thank you Lillian Lottie for helping me find my dream dress! :)

So I was waiting until after my wedding to post a review, but I have been nothing but pleased with this store since day one. I found my dress with the help of my mom and friend and the girl who was assigned to us. I know I was not the easiest, but I am sure she had worse. I just didn’t know what I wanted so I was being picky and not into the whole dress trying on factor and finally she worked with my mom and friend and they just kept bringing the dresses on and on. My dress was the 4^th I tried on and I was in love.
Fast forward to the dress being ordered and arriving and I worked with Barbara on my alterations. She is wonderful and really know her stuff. She did everything I asked and when there was an issue with her expertise and my brain, she patiently explained to me why things had to be done a certain way or how they would look better.
Day of, I looked and felt awesome! I highly recommend this little store for someone like me who wasn’t into the whole dress thing in the first place. They have rooms that work with any budget and people who are really patient!

Evey single girl at this Bridal shop is a doll! From the girl who helped me find my dress to the girl who helped me find the perfect vail and head piece to match! I believe it was Lacy and J. rae? I wish I had all their names, but there were quite a few who helped me out. It was the first store I went to and they made finding a dress a breeze. I didn’t think it would be since I’m extremely picky. After I bought it, I was getting nervous after it took a while to come in, but they handled any concern I had with extreme professionalism. After receiving my dress, Susan made the alterations and changes to the dress exactly how I wanted them. She is such a perfectionist, she really made my vision a reality. I think of her as an angel who made my dream dress. She was so pleasant to work with, and an extremely sweet lady! I would highly recommend them to all the brides to be out there!

No need to look any further for a bridal boutique!!!

They have spectacular dresses and an amazing assortment of dresses to suit anyone and everyone’s needs.
I’m a larger bride and they made me feel absolutely stunning and not ashamed of not being a size zero and so many samples that actually fit.
Not only do they have an amazing assortment of gowns and accessories, the staff is absolutely amazing!
I would recommend Lillian Lottie a million times over.
