Louis Vuitton Scottsdale

If I could give one star I would. I am a long term Louis Vuitton customer with my own private personal shopper there in my local London store, whom I bought a belt from and travelled to Phoenix with. On arrival the belt buckle (not removed from packaging), had several scuff marks and scratches all over the silver LV logo. I took the belt to the Scottsdale fashion squire store and was met by the most unhelpful, rude and entitled sales girl who then turned out to be the vastly under qualified ‘manager’. She refused to polish or replace the buckle or even to help me in ANY way at all. She was insulting to my 72 year old mother, who as a British ‘Lady’ (aristocrat), like myself, was shocked at this treatment. She even had the audacity to insinuate that I had done something with it! I have owned and modeled for LV for the last 15 years and to receive just appalling service has been the last straw and I now simply refuse to buy from them in America anymore. The company here seems to be run by amateurs who have no idea that a luxury good by definition comes with top class customer service, not base, insulting people who have no business being there and maybe should reconsider a job at somewhere like Forever 21, which might be more suited to their skill set. It is disgraceful that a luxury company thinks it is acceptable to treat their customer this way. Shame on you LV.

Before coming into this store, I was a bit weary about stepping foot into this store. I have to admit that I did read most of the reviews here on Unilocal and was debating on purchasing my first LV bag in store or online. I really wanted that experience of walking in and being catered too, so I finally chose to come in. Once I walked in, a nice gentleman greeted me, his name is Yuri and he asked me what brought me in. I knew what I wanted, so I told him and he directed me over so I may see the bag. He informed me of the specifications, warranty, and care for the bag. Answered all of my questions and offered me refreshments. It was truly an experience and he made it happen for me. I ended up purchasing my bag and a wallet AND left with a HUGE smile on my face. Thank you Yuri for making this girl happy!

Yesterday this was going to be 5 starts but then dealing with customer service and trying to order in the item I want have brought it down a star… I’m surprised at their lack of inventory in the store — esp considering the clientele. Overall it was a good experience from being offering still/​sparkling water and quick service. When you are spending money it’s nice to feel appreciated… I noticed some pretentiousness among other staff but not the woman who helped me.

I would rate it a five star but I didn’t because the customer service was just rude. I usually buy my Louis in Las Vegas because the store has a huge selection. But I chose to go to the Scottsdale location. I was walking around and the girls kept looking at me as if I didn’t belong there. But I love my wallet and my bag so it all made up for it.

I absolutely Loved this store! It’s actually bigger than the San Diego store. It carries a pretty good inventory. (Bags, luggage, men’s and women’s clothing, glasses etc). It’s located across from Prada, so I typically stop at both! :) I highly recommend this location, staff member are very helpful

I love this location! Most locations have really snobby employees that make you feed bad about yourself… not here!
I was coming to this location for almost a year and finally just purchased a bag earlier this month. The employees knew I came in there all the time and had been admiring a bag. They made the purchase enjoyable and kept congratulating me for my purchase :)

Very disappointed with the customer service. While purchasing a Christmas gift for my wife, I asked SPECIFICALLY about the return policy. Nissa, the sales associate, told me that the return policy is extended until Jan 14^th for the holiday. When I tried to return the item on Dec 29 I was told that it was beyond the 14 day return policy. The associate pointed to the policy on the receipt that said 14 day return/​30 day exchange. When I asked why some of that policy applied while the rest was able to be voided verbally, I was met with a blank stare. Nissa was very defensive and became rude, as a result so did I. The corporate office acknowledged having many complaints of miscommunication about holiday policy but being unable/​unwilling to help. Attempts to contact the store manager by phone have been unsuccessful. What should have been a positive experience purchasing a premium priced product became an $ 870 lesson in terrible customer service. STEER CLEAR!

Horrible customer service!
My fiancée had been buying a new purse at this store each year for at least the last 6 or 8 years so it was no surprise that she wanted a new one this Christmas! She gave me the picture of the one she wanted and the experience picking it up was terrific. The sales person assured me that if she had any issue with it she could come exchange it for whatever she wanted. When she opened it on Christmas day she immediately thought it might be too small. Imagine our surprise when we took it to the store the day after Christmas and they proceeded to tell us that the purse looked used and had stains and dirt in it! All my fiancée did was put her Louis Vuitton wallet into the purse at which point she knew it wouldn’t hold all of her stuff. It seems that the store gives great service when you hand them $ 2800, but nothing afterwards. After we asked the store manager to show us where there was any stain or evidence of any use she stated «I don’t owe you any explanation. I cannot do anything for you.» All we wanted was for her to show us where the purse was worn or where this imaginary stain suddenly appeared from. She could not and would not explain herself. I understand that there are people who buy stuff and play games, but given our history with that store they should know better! We will not be coming to that store any more and suggest that anyone else be very careful when buying any item that might need to be exchanged for another size or model. This is the very first review I’ve ever felt compelled to make online as I’ve never experienced such horrible service and attitude to match from that store manager:(

The oriental girl that works here is super rude. Plus every employee there makes you feel like a peasant and you’re too poor to buy a Louis Vuitton. They treat you like a 3^rd rate citizen. It’s obnoxious that they can charge $ 5,000 for a damn purse. Rip off.

Bad bad customer service.
I bought a bag that ended up cracking all the way around the top. I took it back and they specifically told me it was a defective batch and they replace it which was very nice of them. Well the person that they replaced it with is also part of the defective batch because it’s done it again and they refused to replace it. I will never ever buy another Louis Vuitton purse from anywhere seeing how I spent $ 2000 on this purse and don’t even want to use it because of how bad the cracks are I’m including pictures to show you I would advise going with another brand because the customer service and rudeness of the sales staff is horrendous! ZERO STARS

I had a wonderful experience this evening purchasing my new purse and wallet. Customer service was outstanding. Neesa was the lovely sales associate that took care of me. She waited on me hand and foot while I tried several purses on. She made my experience at Louis Vuitton very delightful. When running my credit card during purchase my credit card company stopped the purchase due to possible fraud. I was completely embarrassed but Neesa reassured me that it happens to one in five credit card purchases due to the same reasons. She explained to me that I needed to call the credit card company to let them know that the purchase was legit. Sure enough after two minutes of being on the phone with my card company everything went through. I will definitely be back to this location for my future LV purchases.

Came here in search of a new wallet and left more than satisfied! Customer service is what you would expect from a Louis Vuitton. Helpful yet pushy! I feel that if you ask a question but leave empty handed, the associates are judging you or making snide remarks.
Either way, I ended up leaving with a beautiful Damier graphite slender wallet. I don’t even need to go into detail about the details and quality. It’s a Louis Vuitton. The name speaks for itself.
Don’t hesitate to do business here, but don’t let those few rude employees pressure you to purchase something if you’re not ready! Happy shopping and welcome to the LV club. (:
Edit: went and got another wallet! The Gaspar. It wasn’t in stock so I had to order it. I was already in store so I placed my order to ship to my home… BE CAUTIOUS! This could have been a potential problem!!! I called LV and they said it was delivered, yet I didn’t receive ANY shipping information. Finally I went to my front desk and have maybe 10 – 15 minutes of looking, we found it. LV shipped it to the wrong address! After getting the package, the receipt inside had the correct shipping info, yet the shipping label was completely off. Strange.

Scottsdale has come a long way and having a store like Louis Vuitton proves that! I have a slight addiction to beautiful purses and I have been lucky enough to purchase some at this store. Located in the heart of Fashion Square, this Louis Vuitton has all that other Louis’ have to offer. The staff was incredibly friendly to work with and helped me to make my decision with ease. In addition, they do a great job of creating a customer who will return at a later date (if the budget allows) and they always let you bring your items back to get repaired should they need it. Thanks for feeding my love of purses Louis!

How do you give Louis Vuitton four stars?! My review is focusing mainly on the customer service, not necessarily the products. You either get why someone would spend thousands of dollars on bag or you don’t. And if you’re going to drop big money on anything, I think you should at least like it enough to want to give it five stars. So that’s why this review isn’t about their merchandise.
I went to Scottsdale Fashion Square in search of a new bag for work. When I went into Louis Vuitton, a sales associate came up to me and asked if she could assist me. I had done a little research on their website to identify pieces that I wanted to look at in person. There were really only need three bags I wanted to see. As I told her the ones that I wanted to look at she seemed a little annoyed that I wanted to look at more than one. It might have just been her demeanor, but I think if you’re going to work at a place that sells high-​end items then you should at least smile. My plan was to pick up a wallet as well. I felt uncomfortable even asking her if I could look at the wallets because she was so cold. I found it odd that she would stick her hand out for me to give her the wallet back in order for me to look at the next piece. It made me feel like she thought I would steal it or something. Also, I wasn’t really able to compare each piece with each other. At that point I just left. I was no longer in a shopping mood.
But then I still needed a bag for work so I went back the next day. This time an associate named Julian help to me. From the start he was the perfect balance of cheerful and professional! This time I felt comfortable enough to really examine the bags. I took my time and Julian was really patient with me. He laid out each piece that I wanted to see so that I could compare the size and structure of each bag. Once I had made my selection Julian made sure that I didn’t go home with the floor model, so that it was a brand-​new piece that had not been handled by many people!
Onto the wallets! Again I was able to have the pieces laid out so that I could compare them. I asked him if I could get my initials hot stamped on the wallet, complimentary service that they offer. I didn’t have to wait long for my wallet to get hot stamped, which made me really happy.
Because of my experience on my second trip, I feel confident that I chose the right bag and wallet for me.

bought 2 wallets, 2 bags, and a belt from the fashion square location, their product quality is not worth the money. When I told the manager that the stitches in one of my wallets was starting to come out and some other defects they were rude to me and treated me like im some trash. my family and I are never going to go back their again.

You can always find courteous and outstanding service at this Louis Vuitton store. The staff will go out of there way to assist you and provide you with the best customer service experience. They offer a variety of new handbags in addition to the classics. This is my favorite store within the valley and the only LV store that I’m willing to patronize. If you want great customer service for your next Louis Vuitton purchase this is the store for you!

My absolute favorite store on the planet! This store is very expensive, averaging about $ 500 for a wallet, and $ 1200 for a purse. What really stood out for me about this Louis Vuitton, which is located inside Scottsdale Fashion Square, is that the staff was very polite! I will definitely be back next time I’m down to my AZ house to make sure Nancy gets my commission from me again!
This store is smaller than some of the Louis Vuitton stores so have been too, but they still have an excellent selection!
It makes a big difference to me that they were polite, because I have been treated poorly at a different Louis Vuitton store because I am a college student so I look out of place in them. Staff friendliness goes a LONG WAY in determining the overall shopping experience.

Umm… It’s LV, what else can i say!!! Totes, clutches, shoes. Classy than most bags. Wait… besides chanel. But Lv is a reasonable investment

Yes, I am a bit of an LV fanatical. Once you buy one, you’re hooked for life. *sigh*
