Exceptional service! It’s always painful to mail something, but this store makes it a breeze! I’m always blown away by how easy it all is, every time I go! They wrap it up, they have recycled boxes for $ 1, they’re just up there when it comes to customer service. I never mind the detour to go there because I know I’ll leave with a smile! Bravo!

This is a great postal store. Heidi and Paul are amazing. They are helpful, friendly and go out of their way to get the job done. The convenience of using this postal store is so well worth it. I never go the U. S Post Office now.

This is a gem! I wasted too much time when I moved here using staples. I needed to fax and finally instead of driving to one of the big stores I tried them and now they are my go to place for everything. I was in a bind late in the day not too long ago. I needed a notary. I was at my wit’s end and then I called them. Sure enough they handled it in no time. I made my deadline. They are the best. And, I am also a big fan of the mom and pop shops! We will all be in trouble if we lose them! Way to go McCormick ranch postal !

What a pleasant surprise! I had to ship a relatively large framed picture and Paul blew me away with both reasonable pricing (SIGNIFICANTLY less than UPS Store down the street) and friendly, quality service. His great packing assured that the picture arrived in perfect shape at it’s new home in CA! Can’t beat this ‘mom and pop’ shop — I’ll be back!

We relocated from San Francisco last year and Paul and Heidi at Mc Cormick Ranch Postal are great. He is like the Mayor of McCormick Ranch. Always greets us warmly and holds the mail while we are away. Heidi even calls us on the cell phone when a package is delivered. Now this is customer service! Love these guys!
