ALSO, make sure that you know where they are having the classes because it is very difficult to find. It took me an hour and a half to find the place and I am very familiar with the area. My office is only a few blocks away from their venue. The class was being held at Monterra at Westworld. The address is 16601 N Pima Rd Scottsdale AZ85260. The problem with this address is that it is not on Pima. You have to get to it by turning off of Pima as if you were going to Westworld in a very obscure off the beaten track spot. The street doesn’t even have a name or at least one that I could find. If you aren’t familiar with the area good luck finding it. I was at lest 45 minutes late. The class is a two day class. They offer two classes a day two days in a row. The first class is held two times the first day and the second class is held two times the second day. The problem with this is that I was only able to attend the first class of the first day of classes. I would have been able to attend the second class no problem. Because I was 45 minutes late I wanted a refund because I couldn’t make the later class and I felt I missed to much of the first class to go in late. The reason why I requested the refund is because of how inadequate their description of how to get to the location was/is. I spoke to the young lady who was signing people in at the entrance to the class who by the way was very nice and patient with me and did a great job explaining the non-refund policy and email reminder that they send out with a link that has a map to the location and a brief explanation of not trusting your navigation system to find the location. Having a brief explanation of not trusting your navigation to find the location is inadequate at best. There should be a much more detailed map and explanation on how to get to it. I am not the only person that this happened to. There were at least 4 other people that walked in right before me that had difficulty finding the location too. And after talking with the young lady at the outside of the class signing people in and Sean O’Neil the owner of the company I found out that this has happened before for previous clases. You would think that because this has happened before that they would do something to make sure that the people that sign up for this class could find it easier e.g. place a sign off of Pima, render a map that actually showed the location of the class, write clear directions to the location, warn people of how difficult it is to find before taking their money etc… The map that you see now on their emails has been improved since I complained but it is still inadequate. While I was requesting my refund Sean O’Neil must have heard me because he came out to confront me. I explained to him why I was upset and the reason why I wanted a refund. All he could say to me were diversions of how not to give me a refund and didn’t I look at the map or read the email etc… I expected a comment from him on how he could improve what clearly is inadequate. Instead I found a person who claims to be a professional finding every which way not to give me a refund. He comes off as a genuine person interested in your best interests but I found a person who’s interests are primarily monetary gain. Beware before you buy and don’t be an idiot like me who paid cash.
