Scott has done a number of loans for me. Whether it’s a refinance or a resale he does a great job of communicating the entire time. His rates and fees are always super competitive with other lenders. He is super honest and works hard to make sure everything gets done so your loan gets closed on time. Although my loans were all conventional I know he also does FHA, VA and Jumbo loans. If you’re looking to buy a home or refinance I would highly recommend Scott at Nolan Mortgage.

We’ve worked with Scott several times after receiving a recommendation from a friend. I do believe he is the most honest mortgage guy I have ever met. He wont tell you what you want to hear — he will tell you what you need to hear. Even if he could make money on a deal — if it is not in your best interest he will tell you so.
