This company made an appointment with a two hour window (2: PM to 4:00 PM and never showed up. I called about 30 minutes before the end of the window and was told that they would check the status and call me back immediately. When no one called by 4:00 PM I called and complained. I was told that their technicians often don’t answer their inquiries, even if they are running late. I was also criticized for daring to challenge them. By the way, they also ask for your credit card information and security code prior to the appointment. Please do not waste your time. This is not a refutable company.
