Bought a printer here that died at 21 days. Web chat people told me twice to return it to the store. Did just that and the clerk shook the receipt in my face barking «its 14 days !!!» Embarassing.
Complained to their HQ and got an email apology from the store manager who asked for my address so he could send a gift card to me. Replied with address, waited 12 days then replied again. No answer to BOTH emails.
Sent a tweet and got a reply from HQ who actually emailed the gift card that day.
Wow, what a mess. Will make an effort to avoid this store except in an emergency and maybe not then.

Came here looking for a new keyboard and mouse for my PC, preferrably wireless. The employee who helped us recommended the perfect keyboard and mouse! At first, I wasn’t too sure this fancy wireless set would be compatible with my old PC, but the employee insisted it would. I got home to see if it would work and voila! It works amazingly! This employee was extremely helpful and super nice! I would definitely recommend this Office Max to a friend. :)
