I ordered a product on line for store pick up and luckily I called first. Their inventory is different than the web site and they didn’t have it. And they didn’t know how to credit my card back for what they didn’t have. Waste of time.

I always shop at OfficeMax over Staples since OM usually have lower priced items that I’m looking for and the rewards are much better than Staples. Great service and fast check-​out speed.

This store is really run like two separate entities. The copy and print center is a hot mess. I had to send back my most recent order three times before they got it right. During the last time, I kept calling to check on the status. Some people told me it would be there any moment, then on the last call, I was told the order wasn’t even placed yet. This was a week after I had reordered it, mind you. After nearly 4 weeks, I got my cards.
On the flip side, the retail part of the store is awesome. You can actually find employees to help you and they don’t go running when you approach them.
I’ll be back to purchase my office stuff but when it comes to printing, I’ll drive a little further and go to Staples.

easy to drop off ink cartridge for recycling but they don’t offer battery recycling. kind of a bummer.

Kiddo had a homework assignment and needed to get some colored pens and printer paper. Of course, he didn’t tell us about it until the last minute… so, we had to scramble to find stuff. Luckily, this store is nearby.
We found everything we needed and were in/​out within a few minutes.
