History

Established in 2011.

The business was created as a result of my passion towards beauty. I have always loved beautifully shaped eyebrows and discovered that there is still room for improvement in the world of brows surrounding me. I noticed that many women get carried away with tweezers, creating out of place arches, getting surprised, scary looks or else are to timid that they under do it. My mission is to make every woman looking more fabulous by just correcting her arch. This mission led to beginning of Olga Brow Studio.

Business Owner

Olga brings over 13 years of experience as licensed esthetician and continuously is perfecting the art of brow shaping. She holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Bielsko Academy of Business, Poland. However her passion is beauty and as a result from 1999 to 2011 she worked for beauty industry. One of the few was Nordstrom cosmetics department, freelance make up artist for Chanel, and also an esthetician at Spa Sougne in Downers Grove, IL. For her last 5 years at Nordstrom she was a counter manager for Anastasia becoming one of the top brow artists within the company. Her dedication, passion and excellent customer service was one of her signature features which led to achieving many awards.

I just really liked this place. Went for the first time and I wish I could remember the girl’s name who worked on my lashes but she was great. She really listened to what I wanted (which was a more natural look than I’d had before but still with some oomph) and she delivered. I also felt like, for whatever reason, my lashes stayed on longer than usual. I liked the products they had in stock, convenient parking, nice staff and a great job. I also have to say I got the best eyebrow wax of my life here as an add-​on. Love this joint.

I had an appointment with Melissa Cabrera. She is such a sweetheart and was waiting for me right when I walked through the door! She made me feel so comfortable right away. She knew exactly the shape that I wanted to achieve with my brows, and also, she was great enough to give me recommendations for future tweezing on my own. I highly recommend her to everyone, and this is coming from someone who has never gotten their brows waxed due to hesitancy!

I am very particular about my brows (I have naturally blonde hair and my brows are practically white). So it’s really easy for someone to over wax them. In all the years I’ve searched for people who know how to wax them properly, there are only two people who know how to do them right and one of them is Olga. She is SO amazing at what she does and I’m so so happy I found her. Her prices are a little steep but honestly it’s worth it to finally have someone who knows what they are doing. She even shades/​colors them in properly (people ALWAYS tend to do them too dark and uneven) and takes the time to explain how to do it! It’s seriously so hard to find someone who knows what they are doing, especially when it comes to my brows. The only thing I will say is that I had referred my sister who is now a loyal costumer as well, and she doesn’t have a referral (or loyalty) program. But I guess when you’re so good you don’t really need it! Lol

This place has absolutely won me over! Found this place here on Unilocal all the reviews seemed amazing, so I decided to try it out for myself and can I say wow! I use to get my eyebrows done at the usual nail salons, but decided to stop and grow my eyebrows out to a more thicker-​natural look. However, after some time I decided it was time to get them reshaped and waxed professionally, which is when I found this place. Just stepping into the little studio it was already a positive start, Laura was the person who did my eyebrows and immediately after walking in she made me feel so welcomed. Knowing that this was my first time being there she gave me all the ins-​and-​outs of my eyebrows, and even personally showed me how to do everything she was doing on my eyebrows so that I could do it myself later (everything of course except the waxing… just to clarify). Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone I love my brows so much, I already booked my next appointment! Laura was awesome, friendly, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable as I’m sure all the people there probably are.

I’ve been seeing Laura for a couple of months now after she happened to have an open time slot one day when I walked in. After that first appointment I’ll never go anywhere else! Although I have good eyebrows, they can be easily messed up becasue they are not totally symetrical so it takes a good eye to not just go with the natural lines. Also, a lot of esthaticians i’ve seen lately want to thin my eyebrows out for whatever reason. Laura has an incredible eye and every time I get my eyebrows done I receive several comments from people on how perfect they are. I also have very sensitive skin and have walked out of many many previous waxes with burn scabs… Laura has never even come close to damaging my surrounding skin. Aside from her skills in asthetics, she is so sweet and takes genuine interest in our conversations, remembering details we talked about each time I come in. The entire experience is so pleasant, I would HIGHLY recommend Laura for brow waxes! She is so great.

I love my soft full eyebrows, very «in“right now. They take time and explain to you in detail how to make your eyebrows look good and they also sell the products that they use on you, which I think is incredibly convenient!

This is the first time I have been to Olga Brow Studio and I will definitely be returning for my eyebrow wax maintenance. I saw Laura who was very friendly and professional. She explained the eyebrow shape that best fit my face and showed me how to use a pencil and highlighter. I occasionally use a pencil but Laura showed me how to use it correctly to achieve a soft, natural look. I can definitely see the difference in how a little time spent on defining my eyebrows makes me look me polished.

I went to the Brow studio for the first time today. I grew my brows out for about 3 weeks and had an appointment with Danell. She was very sweet and professional. The appointment lasted about 20 minutes. The waxing was almost painless.
I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the final results. She did an amazing job. I could not take my eyes off of my brows during my entire drive home!
Danell even showed me how to color in my brows. I ended up purchasing a brow pencil and highlighter so I can mimic the results at home.
I will definitely make another appointment.

Olga is truly the most INCREDIBLE eyebrow artist in the whole entire world! I have been to tons of places and I am extremely picky, but I will never go to anyone else ever again. Believe me when I say that visiting Olga has been life changing. Total game changer. She can turn any eyebrow into the most beautiful shape that you have ever seen. After your first visit, I promise you will be hooked! I always get compliments on my eyebrows and it is 100% all because of Olga’s amazing talent. Not only is she wonderful at what she does, but she is also beyond caring and has a heart of gold. She truly is beautiful on the inside (and the outside)! I cannot recommend her enough. She is FABULOUS! :)

First time going to Olga at Olga Brow studio. She was awesome, the receptionist did not put me in her books, so when I got there it was her lunch. She still took me! she was super nice and taught me some new brow tricks. I have very sensitive and fair skin and usually when I leave a brow place my face is bright red… Olga is a magician. she was so gentle and I went back to work without anyone even knowing i had my brows done! she created and shaped a look that was magazine worthy. I will definitely go back, and recommend her to all my friends!

I’m sure my review will change once I actually get into olga’s I called the number on their website. Made an appointment and drove 30 minutes for a $ 25 wax. I was told to go downstairs and my mother and I went to two girls downstairs. Both waxes were mediocre at best and one of the ladies filled my eyebrows in with really dark shadow using a fluffy brush. I feel clownish. Misleading when there is only one number for multiple different places.

I was recommended to Olga’s Brow Studio a few years ago. I have had a wonderful experience every time! They do amazing work, and I have never been unhappy with the outcome. I have always gone to Olga, but recently had an appointment with Laura. She was very professional and easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and I was extremely happy. She has been trained by Olga, and was amazing! By Olga training all of her girls, you can expect your outcome to be the same (perfect) every time. It gives you peace of mind to know that no matter who you schedule your appointment with you are going to look your best. I would highly recommend Olga’s Brow Studio to anyone! I have another appointment with Laura next week! ;)

My sister took me to Olga several years ago. I was skeptical as I had been plucking my own brows and going to spas for occasional waxing for ages, but she swore by Olga’s skills. I was taken aback by how kind and down to earth Olga is, she made me feel comfortable immediately. My sister’s obsession was not without merit — after my first brow wax I was sold! I would never let anyone else touch my eyebrows. I don’t know how she does it but the shape is always exactly perfect for my face and I feel beautiful when I leave and for weeks following. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been going to Olga for at least 5 years and she is the best! I moved to Chicago 3 years ago and tried relentlessly to find a new brow person and no one has come close to what Olga can do. I now fly to AZ to get my brows shaped! I have pale blond eyebrows and Olga is able to give me the perfect full arch that makes my whole face look better! She never makes my brows too thin. I have recommended her to my good friends and family and now they all are sure to go to her before their special events. I highly encourage anyone lucky enough to live so close to Olga’s studio to give her a try– you’ll be hooked!
