We have a full tanning salon with no contracts, sign up fees, or EFT’s. Tanning lotions from Designer Skin at the best prices! Gourmet coffee, free internet access, flat screen TV viewing, and much more.

History

Established in 1995.

One Stop Nutrition was established almost 20 years ago and has grown rapidly ever since. Our location was built 14 years ago to service the North Tempe and South Scottsdale areas. We recently relocated in order to improve our selection, visibility, and services. Our state of the art storefront provides the ideal shopping experience. We have continued to include more and more services and products to provide our customers with everything they want and more. We are here for you and will do whatever it takes to make your shopping experience perfect.

This location is great because it’s centrally located, they use sugar and carb free syrups, and it’s very spacious and organized, and the staff has always been friendly. Whether you’re a bodybuilder or someone looking for a healthy meal alternative, this location will have what you need. Creatine, glutamine, whey protein, protein bars and smoothies. They also offer a punchcard, your 10th smoothie is free.

Deeeelish! The store was a little hard to find due to the Scottsdale Road numbering switcheroo at the Tempe/​Scottsdale border. Very high quality. I like that they carry Quest Bars and they had my favorite flavor in stock. The staff wasn’t friendly or not friendly, just doing their job.

Friendly, fast, super reasonable smoothie prices! I will be back for sure, probably tomorrow. They seem to have plenty of options depending on what you’re looking for though I’m just looking for blended fruit and juice. They’ll put what ever you want in and will tell you what us real fruit and what is purée. Half the cost of more trendy places but just as good.

This One Stop on Scottsdale Rd is simply the best one of the franchises. The staff is so knowledgeable and excited about teaching, I can create an exact smoothie for my health needs. They are friendly, interested in what my goals are for my health, and they go above and beyond from what you would expect from a place that’s just making smoothies. Travel out of your way if you need to to hit this one.

Love this place. I go almost every day to get my meal replacement shake. Friendly staff, a lot of options. I love the punch card. Great quality products. A little hard to get into traveling south on scottsdale Rd. but it is worth it.

Love this place! Even when they’re busy they treat you like family. Not a stuffy corporate store, but still very professional. Handled all of my supplement needs and then some. The expert advice is well worth the price of admission! I wish I lived closer to this particular location.

I have been coming here for years and I have to say most of the smoothies are good here. The last two times I have been here the guys working behind the counter are too busy talking with either their regulars or friends visiting them. Today the smoothie I got was so sweet and not even what I asked for I was super disappointed. The guy who helped me was not even paying any attention to what he was doing because he was too busy talking to someone. When I walked up to the counter he didn’t even stop his conversation to help me instead took a brief pause and raised his voice just enough so I could hear can I help you. I gave him my order and as he finishes my smoothie walks out from behind the counter still talking to his buddy and proceeds to hand me my smoothie I smurked a little and then he realized he didn’t even charge me. Wow! I don’t expect people to roll out the red carpet but come on really a little attention to the customer and what you are doing would be much appreciated! I will not be coming to this location any longer!

I really like this place and its kind of a regular thing for me to get a shake after work now. Seth and the guy with the glasses are fantastic– not douchey and rude and they definitely make a good shake. The best part about theyre smoothies is they will make it with pretty much whatever you want. Ive had some pretty crazy requests here and the boys never bat an eye and they always make it right.
One time I spilled my shake and they remade without question free of charge which was nice.

Great first impression with an equally good shake. Second visit was horrible. The female attendant working the counter this Saturday (11÷1÷14) had the personality of a rock and her attitude lacked professionalism and simple customer service. She seemed uninterested in her job and throwing change at me like was where I drew the line to write this review.
The day before the guys working the counter were nothing but nice which led me to returning the next day. But I’m not sure that I will return.
Overall the shakes are good and very clean store.

The smoothies are great, but the customer service is awful. There was no greeting when we walked in, when I asked where the smoothie menu was the guy just pointed behind him, then when he was ringing me up he took at phone call and was cursing at the guy on the phone. Then my friend asked to try my smoothie before ordering hers and he informed her it «tasted like shit». I’ll be back cuz I love the smoothies, but the customer service needs some serious work.

This place is the best! They make the best shakes hands down. I’m picky about shakes and I also don’t spent an hour or more working out to then get a shake with some sugar filled purée and syrup, and you don’t have to worry about that here. They tell you EXACTLY what’s in it. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable on any questions you have on protein or supplements too.

Everyone is always friendly and takes the time to listen to what your needs and goals are and will provide you with the best information on each product. Their product knowledge is amazing. I LOVE this place! They offer a punch card and I think if I actually dug through my purse and car to add them up, I’d clean them out.
There are a few one-​stops in the valley but this spot is for sure my favorite. The staff is fun, knowledgable & friendly (not to mention easy on the eyes ;)
I’m a creature of habit, so I always get the slimmer, almond milk, wildberry & add greens. Soooo good! My energy level is threw the roof, I feel like I should run a quick 10k afterwards, but the whole 115* degrees outside promptly brings me back to reality.
I’ve bought a few vitamins & odd/​ends here but can’t get enough of the smoothies! I have all my friends hooked. A must try!

My new favorite tanning and nutrition spot. I have recommended multiple friends to try One Stop and they also love it! Must stop in a try this place!
The tanning beds are amazing and the basic beds in considered a level 2. Love how they do not require a credit card for tanning and just charge on a monthly basis without a contract. I usually pay for one month at a time with cash and then once my month is up they let me know and I can choose to sign up again or take a break from tanning. Their protein shake bar is delicious and really good price for what size shakes they have. I like all of the flavor and shake options. I usually order the low carb shake with almond milk, peanut butter ($ 0.50 upgrade) & cappuccino. The owner and his wife run a really great business and hire great employees. They all recognize me and try to make my experience personal by knowing my shake order and what tanning beds I prefer.

I recently started dropping in this place a once or twice a week since I live close by and smoothies have been a godsend w/​the chemo getting pumped through my body.
Honestly, I pretty much stick to the «nutritional shakes» which are just a base (I always go through w/​non-​fat yogurt) and a flavor (I mix it up amongst the different fruits they have). One time I did ask the guy helping me about some of the the shakes that added boosts/​supplements and how I might benefit (or have a negative reaction) to those things while going through chemo. He was helpful (although I’m sticking to the nutritional shakes from here on out since my taste buds seem to like the basic yogurt/​fruit combo with nothing else). I also think it’s nice that you have a variety of bases to choose from w/​your shake (soy, almond milk, yogurt, etc…).
I don’t take advantage of the rest of the store, but it looks like they have a large variety of supplements, vitamins, etc. This area doesn’t have any other place like this close by so it’s nice that there’s a store that sells these products in the area. They also have tanning beds. Not sure how the pricing is compared to other places (it’s been years since I’ve fake & baked), but it’s nice that you can your tan & nutritional needs all in one location.
I may only take advantage of one small facet of One Stop Nutrition, but I’m definitely a big fan of there smoothies.

Hi, my name is Karina and I’m addicted to One Stop Nutrition!
This place is awesome! I was introduced to it by a friend, and I always make sure I go here for all of my vitamin needs. The staff seems to be really knowledgeable on all their products, and they have a great selection of different supplements.
They also have a smoothie bar where you can put whatever your little heart desires in a delicious smoothie, protein shake, liquid power… whatever you want to call it!
