At Paradise Chiropractic we specialize in the treatment of back and neck pain. We are a husband and wife team. The techniques we use include Diversified, Cox/​Flexion, Decompression, Active Release Technique, and Activator Methods. We also do muscle work, nutritional counseling, and rehabilitative stretching and exercise programs for your specific condition. History

Established in 1999.

We were originally located in Cave Creek for the first six years. Then we moved to North Scottsdale in 2005. Our major intersections are Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale Road. We have a love for Hawaii, and you will see that in our office décor. We have a relaxing environment, right down to the Hawaiian music and saltwater fish tank.

Drs. Kyle and Angela Palmer attended Logan College of Chiropractic, which is located in Chesterfield, Missouri. We have a daughter named Reese, who is almost three years old. Dr. Kyle enjoys playing ice hockey, and ran his first half marathon in 2010. Dr. Angela enjoys working out, reading, and traveling.
