Terrible customer service. My Fiancé’ called to inquire about catering for our upcoming wedding. The first thing my fiancé’ asked was «do you cater for Kosher weddings?» to which the employee answered in the affirmative. So, the employee takes my Fiancé’s information down, for about 20 minutes, then transfers my fiancé’ to another employee. This next employee promptly tells my fiancé’ that they do not cater kosher weddings; so my fiancé’ wasted over 20 minutes on the phone because of their incompetence. Time is money and they clearly do not value either their customer’s time nor money.
