Schaffer’s Bridal and Formal

Being a mother of the bride you see in bridal magazines «your happily ever starts here» and that is definitely true of Schaffer’s bridal. My daughter bought her bridal gown here after visiting numerous other bridal shops and boutiques through out Arizona. She tried on a countless number of dresses — over 160 to be exact. Kacey worked with her and found a gown that every time she tries it on tears of joy fill her eyes. I can not imagine her saying «I do» wearing anything different. Kacey’s judgement and expertise put her in a statement making gown. We also found all out bridesmaid dresses here — in one visit. We have bridesmaids in various sizes and shapes and Kacey made sure ALL would look elegant during the wedding.
PLEASE save yourself time, effort and energy and visit Schaffer’s!!! I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. All of the staff there are courteous, friendly and helpful and they have a wide variety of gowns in their store that range from romantic, sophisticated, beaded, satin, modern, etc. No matter what style you choose you will look stunning if you purchase from Schaffer’s.

I would revisit this place ten times over because Kacey works there. She was quick, to the point and honest. She knew what fit my body type well and pulled dresses that fit my style exactly. Would recommend anyone who visits to ask to work with Kacey.

I came here shopping for my best friends bridal gown and we worked with Kacey. She was fantastic, quick and efficient! Listened to exactly what the bride was looking for and eventually found her the one! The store is HUGE, by far the largest selection that we saw. We ended up shopping for bridesmaid’s dresses here too since we had a good experience. A lot of the bridesmaids were out of state, including myself. Kacey made the whole experience easy and contacted me, the maid of honor with any questions so the bride never felt stressed about her bridal party. Highly recommend shopping here!

Learn how to treat your customers. My friend is basically putting this wedding together without the help of friends or family, and she left the store in tears after they tried yet again to reschedule her alterations appointment. Here is the exact text that she sent me, «But the fact I feel like she doesn’t give a sh! t about me or my dress or my happiness just pisses me off. Its the ONE thing I’m trying to have be positive in my damn life right now and she just keeps ruining it.»

We used Schaffer’s for our bridesmaid dresses and alterations and had a great experience! All of the girls at the shop were very nice and helpful and the bridesmaid dresses we ordered were beautiful! We worked with Kacey, Missy, and Andi during different visits and enjoyed working with each of them! My bridal gown and the bridesmaid dresses looked great after alterations and everyone was very happy with the way their dresses fit the day of! Thank you for all your help!

I came here on my first stop for trying on wedding gowns and I was not disappointed. Kacey was absolutely amazing, she was so helpful and patient letting me take time in each of the dresses. She had my back when my mom and sister tried to push me into dresses I didn’t like and was super knowledgeable. Without her I would probably have purchased a dress I didn’t love! I went to a second bridal store after Schaffers, only to come back and purchase my dress from Kacey later that evening. The best customer service, hands down.

Good selection and prices but HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE alternations department! My now sister-​in-​law got married two years back and found her dress at Schaffer’s, all she needed done was some sleeves added to the dress, they couldn’t even do that well. She warned me not to get my alterations done with them, but I had some credit and thought it would be easier. My dress fit perfectly and didn’t need to be taken it, the only thing I needed was a little trim on the length, and to add some sleeves. It took 4 – 5 visits just for this. My dress looked dirty by the time it was done, and the sleeves began to tear and come apart on my wedding day! Imagine having to tuck in your sleeve and adjusting all day long! Not cool. Also I bought a BRAND new belt for the store and the beading was coming off, they said they would fix that, but they forgot too. My aunt was stuck sowing it back on, on my wedding day. I had to point out multiple ways to fix my dress, the lady had no idea what she was doing! DO NOT GET ALTERATIONS DONE AT SCHAFFERS! There are plenty of talented seamstresses elsewhere.

I had an absolutely amazing experience this weekend finding my dress! Kacey was exceptional! She made me feel comfortable, and at ease from the start, which was so great since this was my first experience shopping for a bridal gown. She was patient with me as I walked her through my preferences, and allowed me to take my time with each dress I tried on. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience, and I am overjoyed that I found my dress my first time around! Thank you, Kacey!
