Made a reservation to the airport online, got the confirmation email which stated I’d receive a call within 20 minutes of my pickup time. So the time comes early next morning. No call. So I called them. No answer. Tried again a few minutes later. Nothing. Called a couple more times without an answer and I realized they weren’t coming. Had to call another company, Discount Cab, last minute and they got me to Sky Harbor in the nick of time. Wrote an email to Scottsdale Cab asking what happened, and they never bothered to respond one way or another. Bad business.

Came out to visit a few of my friends in Scottsdale and I needed a cab to take me to my hotel from the airport. I was told to use this company because of its good rates and fast service and boy was she right on the money! I called and the dispatcher was super nice, which is RARE because they are normally are rude. The driver picked me up quickly and took me to my hotel in record time. He was also very nice and gave me great suggestions of the city. I made sure that he picked me up to take me back to the airport!
Everything about this cab service is awesome! Highly suggest to use them!

During a recent visit to the Scottsdale area, I was faced with the challenge of figuring out whether I wanted to rent a car or if I needed to continuously use a service like Über when I contacted Scottsdale Cab Company. Their customer service was fantastic and their pricing was totally transparent, from the start.
The driver, online booking system, and dispatcher at Scottsdale Cab Company totally exceeded my expectations, making my trips to and from the airport, as well as Pleasant Valley Mall, awesome journeys.
Having experienced a really bad experience with surge pricing during the holidays, where a ride went from $ 15 to $ 100 in 20 minutes, I was turned off to using Über. Convenience? How is that possible? At Scottsdale Cab Company, they offer both convenience and the ability to connect with drivers who are fluent in English.
During the trip from the airport, the tax was stocked with a fresh cup of Starbucks… for free! And there was complimentary WiFi. This made what could have been a really harried trip, so much better.
Also, the driver was knowledgeable about local restaurants and points of interest. This was an added bonus and something totally unexpected.

I had a really great experience with Scottsdale Cab Company. I got first rate service at a very competitive rate. I have to go to Arizona on business frequently and have found my new «go to» taxi service. I ordered a pick up at the airport online and was pleased with how easy the website was to use. Later the same evening I had to take some clients out to dinner and used their «black car» service. It was everything I hope for when ordering a luxury sedan. I loved the service. I was able to book online, and the car was there on time. It was neat that they had wifi, so I could do some tasks on my way to my appointment. The rates were reasonable, and the driver was courteous. I would highly recommend using them.

When I travel, I hate renting a car and trying to find my way around. Calling Scottsdale Cab Company was the best decision that I could have made. I was able to reserve my car online (!) during a meeting, and when I arrived everything was good to go. The driver was really helpful, offering me suggestions where to eat and go while I was between meetings and visits. And since I’m also a student, I really loved that they offer a student discount.
Plus, the car was clean, the driver wasn’t sketchy at all, and the ride was smooth. If I’m in the area again, I’m using Scottsdale for sure.

I’ll make it no secret here — I hate driving in this crazy valley traffic. Any opportunity I have to avoid it, I will. So rather than get a rental car when I put my wife’s car in the shop, we relied on a couple taxi services.
Now, I had a poor experience with using Über when I visited Chicago a few months ago. The driver showed up on time, but she got lost in the process of taking us to the airport. Then we were charged for the extra miles. Not cool. So, I haven’t used that service ever since.
I simply googled up Scottsdale (we were hanging out in the area) cab and of the first choices, Scottsdale Cab Company came up. I figured I’d give them a shot and boy was I not disappointed.
The driver was on time, didn’t get lost and probably got me to where I needed quicker and safer than what I could’ve attempted. The cab was roomy which is essential for my tall frame!
Tell me, since when do taxis have WiFi available? Am I late to the table on this development? They freaking have WiFi! That’s huge to me so I don’t use data while traveling. I know, its the small things in life.
Clean, professional and cost effective. That’s my take on Scottsdale Cab Company. I’d highly recommend them when you are in need. Don’t fuss with the others. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Just like many other reviewers I was unfortunate enough to experience the horrible customer service of this company’s dispatch center. When I called to ask for an approximate arrival time of the cab, the male dispatcher, proceeded to cut me off and sarcastically tell me he has no idea because he has no idea who I am or where I am going. Well sir, if you would stop to let me finish my sentence or politely ask for my information I would happily give it to you. Instead, I asked him to stop speaking to me in such a rude manor. In response to this he began to have an adult hissy fit while screaming, yelling and threatening to hang up on me. I asked for his name and he proceeded to hang up on me.
I called back, got another dispatcher and asked to speak to a manager. He informed me that there were no managers at the dispatch center and said I could leave my information and I would receive a call back. I left my information but never received a phone call.
I have actually never left a negative review for a company as I typically just discontinue my use of their services but this experience was so unbelievably ridiculous and unnecessary that I felt compelled to share with other customers. I will certainly be sharing my experience with my friends and coworkers.

Great friendly driver. On time and very nice experience during the ride. I like how on top of it they are with technology. If you’re looking for a modern, professional and sleek ride, Scottsdale is the way to go. Five stars. Highly recommend.

Very happy with driver, Lee. He picked me up in a very nice town car. I was expecting a regular taxi. We chatted the whole way there and I felt very comfortable with him. The conversation was great. Very nice man and careful driver. I wasn’t expecting to pay more than $ 30 when I booked the cab (I was only traveling 10 miles) but considering I was sent «black car service» rather than the taxi cab I expected and thought I had reserved, I was only slightly surprised to hear $ 40. I was low on money, had to fly ALL day so I needed the money for pricey airport food, and had a bag to check so the $ 40 stung. I would use them again because of Lee, but I did not appreciate being sent a more expensive car, even as nice as the car was, inside and out. Thank you Lee!

Called to schedule a pick up and the dispatcher was BEYOND RUDE. I just moved to the Scottsdale area 4 months ago and he was by far the rudest person I have interacted with so far. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I thought about calling back to cancel but didn’t want to deal with it.
I was pleasantly surprised when Lee (the driver) turned out to be a really nice chill guy. I feel bad for Lee because he was an excellent and professional driver but there is no way I would use this company again because of the rudeness of the operator who you have to speak with to schedule a pick-​up.

My sister and I took this cab company to the airport which was about a 20 mile drive. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than Über. Great cab driver, he was very nice, friendly, and professional. The car was spotless and clean, had WiFi, ipads, candy, and waters. My sister even was able to charge her phone in the car. Great experience and smooth ride.

I would like to put no stars, because I got no service. Booked online for 1:15 at 11:50 Received email confirmation, but no cab arrived. When I called, they had to put me on hold for a dispatcher for 5 minutes. The dispatcher had no record of my reservation. So I was late for my appointment and aggravated.
Blech!

Great service with a nice brand new SUV with candies etc and Eric who is always helpful with anything including tips about great steaks and other places.

I don’t generally feel inclined to write a review for a cab company, unless they really pissed me off and I don’t want other people to go through what I went through. In this case however, I had the exact opposite experience and figured I’d let people know.
I am generally wary of taxi’s picking me up at the airport (for good reason — most of them suck), but in this case I was pleasantly surprised. My driver was friendly, the car was immaculate and I never once felt like the driver was «taking me for a ride» just because I wasn’t from there.
As a business traveler, I appreciate being able to travel in comfort and ease, and not having to be worried about getting ripped off — and the Scottsdale Cab Company delivered exactly that. Highly recommended!

Recently I traveled to the Scottsdale area for business and found Scottsdale Cab Company online. I’m a big fan of positive reviews and chose this company based on all the positive reviews. Let me tell you, you won’t be disappointed.
Being from out of town, I traveled from the airport and needed to stop to get some supplies for my visit so the driver had plenty of recommendations for the nightlife and local restaurants as well. The vehicle was very clean, picked up on time, and the friendly driver knew exactly where I needed to go. The entire ride was very comfortable while the driver checked with me regarding temperature of car, music, wifi, etc.
Overall, I really found it easy to book online and enjoyed the professional experience. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend you try them as well If you are looking for the best transportation service in the Scottsdale, AZ. :-)

Cab company thats tech savy is great! Go online to get a cab to pick you up is convenient.
If you look at their website thry have their rates so you kniw what to expect. Thry provide different vechile types as well. Need a standard cab no biggie, need a executuve look to take you around? Not a problem. With the vaeity this Scottsdale cab provides you’re garenteed a swift and easy ride.

Scottsdale Cab was awesome! I needed a ride from my hotel to the airport so I could get back to Portland, OR for a client meeting.
I was met by a comfortable car (on time, too, which is pretty uncommon in my experience!), free coffee from Starbucks, and WiFi! Holy moly! Talk about treating a customer well!
I got a ton of work done ON THE WAY to catch my plane ((brought my laptop) so I was prepared for my meeting before I even hit the airport. I slept the whole way home. Thanks, guys! I’ll be sure to hit you up again!

Rudest dispatcher ever… maybe he was having a bad day. Had to cancel my order half way. Not going to use them again.

Look at the USERS who post those 5 star reviews — they have ZERO connections on Unilocal — and all they do is boost up reviews of these SUCKY companies.
