Simmonds Plastic Surgery Care

I had a terrible experience here. I was asked by their office to reschedule my appointment on 3 separate occasions, forcing me to rearrange an already tight schedule. Once at my appointment, I waited 40 minutes, not surprising, as they had booked multiple appointments at the 10:30 time frame (as per the sign in sheet). Dr Simmonds was very rude: didnt bother to ask my name or introduce himself. He clearly didnt read my chart or he would have noticed, among other things, that I was a fellow physician. The minimal conversation he offered was condescending. At the end of the apointment, he left the table reclined w the foot rest up, leaving me to struggle to my feet (I recently had 6 pelvic fractures). He mumbled, «nice to meet you.»…funny, there were no introductions. not only will I not return, I will guide my patients as far away from his office as possible.
at least the receptionist was very sweet.
