Sw Limo of Scottsdale

We used Brent and his team of qualified drivers for a wedding. They were on time and very professional, with immaculate cars. The red carpet photo op was a nice touch. The reservation process was easy and I would use them in the future for other events.

BEWARE!!! This company is not nearly as professional as they come across on the phone! I hosted a bachelorette party for 10 women. We had a battery explode and strand us on the highway in the desert for an hour. They offered no other limo, made us wait while they disconnected the battery and let it cool down and then we continued to our first destination. The blown battery left us with no air conditioning, no lighting and no door locks. By the end of our 8 hour rental, our clothes were drenched, several women were suffering heat exhaustion to the point where one was vomiting — not from drinking — from HEAT! Because of the breakdown, we missed both reservations at the two wineries we were visiting and had to cut our time at each place.
The worst part is that the owner, Brent, doesn’t care.
When I asked Brent for some compensation back because of the inconvenience, he wouldn’t return any of my calls or texts. I tried to dispute with American Express and all he would reply was that there were no refunds and they were not responsible for breakdowns. In essence, he made us responsible for the breakdown by not refunding any money back.
We paid for a SERVICE and an experience, and that should have included reliable and comfortable transportation — something we definitely didn’t get.
Also, we found out he has a less-​than-​ethical practice of underpaying his drivers. He finds ways to not pay them the full agreed amount for their hourly pay.
I will NEVER use them again. It is buyer beware to the fullest as Brent has no ethics and either doesn’t understand customer service or is unwilling to provide it.
Beware. Your money is a one way trip — a risk I will never take with this company. Feel free to contact me on me if you have any additional questions.
This is not «sour grapes». Please understand this is an honest attempt to help people understand the low level of integrity of SW Limos and save them the frustration and time of having to deal with this company. Make it easy and book somewhere else.

Brent is awesome and always takes care of me. They are on time, professional and the limos are clean and new.

I was completely blown away by the level of service we received by this company! I honestly will never use another transportation company for events or any occasion that requires limo or town car service. Brent (the owner) was so professional, accommodating, friendly and not only gave us a fantastic rate but upgraded us as well. He truly got our whole family out of a bind with a failure from another company. I couldn’t say enough about the treatment we received not only from Brent but the driver Richard as well. Thank you for everything you did for us! If you want A+ service and professionalism and having no problems with booking and arriving on time… SW LIMO is the company you want! Best driving service in the valley. Family owned, very friendly, prompt replies, excellent pricing, courteous drivers, fantastic cars with all different sizes. Will continue to use and recommend to all families. We have used them for my husbands birthday party and recently for my daughter’s 8^th birthday. They did a «Holiday Home Christmas Lights Tour» with all her friends. The kids loved it, red carpet and all. Definitely will continue this holiday lights tour each year with our family.

Used these guys for a bachelor party. They dropped us off and picked us up so we didn’t have to pay for a four hour minimum like most of the other limo companies. The limo was nice and clean and they were right on time for both drop off and pick up. The price was right as well, they were significantly cheaper than their competition. I don’t find myself needing a limo very often but the next time I do I will be calling them again without hesitation.

Excellent service. Excellent pricing. Really, that’s all you can ask for. Brent (owner) was super helpful and accommodating in the booking process, walked me through everything step by step. Rich, our driver was courteous and professional and kept in contact with us on both legs of our trip our to Desert Sky. Really pleased with the pricing and the service. Limo was stocked with cups and ice and made everything really easy. Smooth sailing all the way and will gladly use them again!
