The Briggs Lang Team – Cobalt Mortgage

So I have bought homes before but never has my experience been as good as when I had the Briggs Lang team as our mortgage company! First off, I am very pregnant and about to deliver at any time. As if purchasing a home wasn’t emotional enough, they had to deal with a crazy prego lady as well! I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences in the past and this couldn’t have been more opposite. Not only was everything done on time, it was actually done early! I was completely blown away by Rachel and her team. Even my emails sent on Sunday’s were responded to right away! Please tell me who else would do that? No one. I would recommend them to any and everyone who is interested in purchasing a home. It was so nice to know that of all the worries that go along with purchasing a home, my home loan was never one of them.

My husband and I have now used the BLT team TWICE and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Rachel, Shannon and their whole team were on the ball and in constant contact with me letting me know where we were in the process and what was coming up next.
Whenever I had a question (and most of them flat our silly) they always answered them quickly and never made me feel dumb for asking questions and always gave me tons of great information so I was well informed.
Our most recent experience just closed last week and we are extremely satisfied by the rate we were given and how our whole loan was handled.
Not only would I use them again for any future mortgage needs I would highly recommend any of my friends and family to use them and only them!

The BLTeam has always done everything right and everything correctly for my wife and me. We have used the «Team» on 3 occasions and they have never failed to come through for us on time and on the money. I have recommended them to many of our friends and they certainly will be my first call should I need a refinance or new mortgage in the future.

On fire till the appraisal went south; then so went the communication. Go elsewhere. Appraisal was abysmal and this self-​proclaimed super team dropped me like a turd as soon as I revealed that I wanted to start an appeal process. Bottom line: lot’s of failed promises, wasted time/​effort and money. Overall; pretty much sucked.
