Colleen H.
Business Owner
Colleen brings the perfect blend of incentive travel, hotel management and destination management to the helm of The Destination Manager, L.C. Her twenty years plus of combined hospitality industry experience ranges from outbound incentive travel to directing the most successful in-house destination management program in the country.
Her career in destination management began as an Operations Manager for Creative Planners of Arizona, Inc. Within one year, Colleen was promoted to Director of Operations supervising a full time staff of five, and thirty on call tour guides. Her next step was to join the newly formed in-house destination department of The Phoenician. In 1994, Colleen was appointed Director of the department. She held that position until March of 2000, when she resigned to form The Destination Manager, L.C.
