I wanted to upgrade my wife’s wedding ring. It was already a very nice custom ring with a unique design. Uneven edges with yellow gold blending into white gold. Not wanting to change the unique features of her ring, the upgrade would need to come in the manner of a second ring matching the unusual shape. Karl is a master jewelry maker. Far exceeding my expectations. And it came in under budget. Thank you Karl, for doing what appeared to be nearly impossible for the amount I could afford.

My boyfriend (now fiancé)and I started looking at engagement rings on a whim one day after having breakfast down the road from the diamond consignment store.
We were greeted by Carl and Robbie immediately as we entered the store. They were both polite and easy to talk to, and not pushy or overbearing like some places can tend to be.
We browsed the wide selection of rings and I found many rings that were absolutely stunning and reasonably priced. We didn’t purchase anything that day but my boyfriend grabbed a card before he left.
A few months later my boyfriend proposed to me with a ring from this store. It was a gorgeous ring and the exact setting I was looking for. He said we should go back to the store just to be sure that was the exact one I wanted.
We ended up going back to the diamond consignment store and Carl (the owner) designed a ring (on a computer application) based on my exact specifications.
Unfortunately for Carl, while he was putting the finishing touches on the design he worked on –I was browsing the new selection in the store. Robbie pointed out a gorgeous yellow diamond ring that was to die for! It was out of our price range but Robbie was sure Carl could help us get the cost down and make it work for us. Robbie was right! Carl worked out a plan and I seriously got the ring of my dreams!!!
These two are like family to us when we go in to get the ring cleaned. They are genuine people who care about what you want and will work with you to make it happen.
I am constantly complimented on my ring and it’s utterly amazing. Seriously, if you are looking for an awesome deal go here! You won’t regret it!!!

After 10 Jewelers, Carl was able to identify, procure and set a very difficult fiancée’s requirements. He went above and beyond what I would call customer service. His price was below what was expected and his attention to detail impressive. I can not give this man enough credit for saving me from what I consider hell: shopping for an engagement ring. Thank you Carl, you are wonderful!

So very disappointed in this establishment. My husband and I were and still are looking to upgrade my ring, we decided that instead of trading in my old one, we would consign it and have 100% of the money go to the hemophilia association, a charity very close to our hearts since our son has hemophilia. When I first went in alone to look, I told Robbie my story as to what we wanted to do with the ring, they were so moved by my selfless act, that they offered to consign it for free! I wouldn’t have even minded paying the fee, but they offered I did not ask, nor would I ever, I thought wow that’s so cool. As everyone knows when your making a big purchase some people like to do research, well that’s my husband. So it’s taking him alittle longer than the average to decide what he wants to get me. I informed them that it was past our anniversary and we still hasn’t purchased anything. By now I had already given them my old ring to get started on. Still ring less and my husband doing research last week I get a text, not a call but a text, (½) Good morning Melissa can you please stop by at your convenience and pick up your ring. I was going to consign it for you because your a customer. That never happened so i will not be consigning it. Thanks!!! No they were going to consign it because it was going to charity! I was so disgusted by this weasel move it took me a week to go down and get my ring because I was so angry and sad for my charity. I would have paid the fee. So not only is the quality so so, but they are nice to you only when they are going to make a big sale and only feed you what you want to hear. Shame on you! We are a big business owner and would never conduct ourselves that way! We’ve been giving out free product the entire month of October for this charity. So if you want to go somewhere where the owners care only about making a buck on their over priced merchandise here’s your place, I highly recommend somewhere else if you want genuine people and top notch products. Carl and Robbie aren’t genuine at all!

We came here looking for s center stone for my wedding ring. This was the place to go. The customer service you receive is incredible. Robbie and Carl are so sweet and kind. They helped us find a diamond in our budget that was far better quality than you’d get with your mall jewelers. We will be a customer for life, thank you for making me one happy bride.

Just left the diamond consignment store feeling so excited about my ring! I inherited my grandmothers ring and am going to use it for my own wedding ring. I wanted to get the diamond appraised and reset into something more my style so I took it here. The owners Carl and Robbie are so friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of me. I know nothing about diamonds so I was in a position to be taken advantage of but luckily I went to the right place. Carl even taught me how to look at a diamond to see its clarity! I will exclusively use The Diamond Consignment Store for all of my jewelry needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for GORGEOUS pieces, knowledgeable staff, and owners who you can truly TRUST. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

I met Carl at the Women’s Expo last year and finally made my way over to the store a few weeks ago. I was helping my brother «recycle» an engagement ring from a few years ago. It’s hard to find a jeweler you can trust to be fair and give you the best options for your situation. Carl spent so much time laying out the options and finally helped us to find a new mounting for an already gorgeous diamond. The ring came out beautifully and she was thrilled to say YES!!! All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was a great experience very professional, no pressure and really great prices! For anyone looking for a new ring or to make better use of old jewelry I would highly recommend the Diamond Consignment Store!
