V’s Barbershop

I’ve been a licensed hair stylist for the last 13 years, but I recently had to leave the industry, so i can no longer «trade haircuts» with a co worker! I had heard good things about V’s, so I checked it out! First impression… this place is cleaner than most salons I’ve worked in! Manashe is the guy they set me up with, and I told him I could be a pain in the ass… but this guy is a true artist!!! Totally hooked me up with EXACTLY what I was asking for, and we’ve changed my style every time I go in! The TVs are awesome… and they sell great products… but the real reason I go back is because of Manashe! He’s legit! This guy gets it right every single time!

Decided I wanted to change up my hairstyle, with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Went into V’s because of its reputation in the valley and struck gold. I gave Manashe a general idea of what I thought I wanted and he worked with me to find a hairstyle that would work with my hair. He nailed it, I’ve gotten nothing but compliments. Couldn’t be happier and I don’t see myself ever going anywhere else!

V’s Barber shop is my new favorite barber shop. Manashe has cut my hair 4 times now and has done an amazing job each time. I now have my friends going there too and they have all had a great experience. I am very picky about my haircuts and this place is great. Highly recommended. Ask for Manashe.

I took my elderly father and he got a haircut and shave with Elizabeth. She was patient and did a such a great job when we returned he wanted the lady barber, that’s saying a lot for my «old school» father. Thank you Elizabeth.

I was on a pub crawl with some friends and the first stop was a place called Salt & Lime? Not sure of the name, but I was in luck as there was a V’s Barbershop right next door. My story starts with a bad haircut on a Friday at a barber shop that I have never been to in Chandler, AZ that ended with an outstanding haircut at V’s. I was getting harassed by my pub crawl crew about my haircut and that it reminded them of Lloyd from Dumb & Dumber, so I decided to pass on the first round of beers and stop into the V’s barbershop. I was greeted immediately and was in the chair getting my dumb & dumber haircut fixed by Elizabeth. I am pretty sure she knew that I was there too repair the damage that another barber Edward scissor-​handed.
So, I got a bad haircut on a Friday and an outstanding repair on Saturday. When I say repair, I mean a complete haircut to fix a very bad haircut. She knew exactly how I liked my haircut before I even told her.
I recommend Elizabeth for a barber based on my excellent experience.

I used to get my hair cut at V’s long ago. That was a completely different experience. The service was like visiting a morgue in Russia. No smiles no acknowledgement of our arrival. Watching random reruns on FX all while its college game day. What the heck!!! I wanted to use a different word, but trying to be appropriate.

Just ruined 6 months of beard growth. Instead of shaping it like I described he took the trimmer and treated it like a lawn. I didnt let him finish murdering my beard and they still had the balls to make me pay. Supercuts would have been a better choice. Its that bad.

What a great find thanks to previous Unilocalers. This is the best haircut I have had in a very long time. Hot towel and neck/​shoulder massage after my cut. Wow you can’t beat that. Well worth the couple of extra $. Wish I had a V“s back home

It’s taken me a year to find this place. Back then, I (wrongly) thought that every haircut was the same, so why not go for the best price? Trust me when I say that didn’t turn out well. Seriously, I’ve been to just about every haircut place you can imagine in Scottsdale and this one is by far the best. Nodari is hair cutting prodigy. Come here if you’re looking for skilled, professional barbers. Thanks again!

One of the FEW remaining places that do a straight hot shave. There are other locations of V’s around Phoenix who have entertainment guide coupons, this one is the one that doesn’t (just my luck of course)

I’ve been to 4 different V’s in the Phx area. Always consistent cuts and service. Love it!
