We are not a Pest Control Company. We focus on sealing your home to prevent the pests from ever entering. For many of our clients this absolves the need to have the inside of your home constantly sprayed with chemicals. With all of the points of entry sealed, it makes it much more difficult for pests to enter your home.

Preventing scorpions, rodents and other pests from entering your home is our specialty. Our company specializes in sealing the entry points in houses to avoid infestation.

We Seal It is not a pest control company we are a licensed bonded and insured construction company. We have been sealing homes in Arizona for over 22 years and with our construction knowledge, have had very successful results for our clients.

Established in 1994.

We have been in the construction business for over 35 years, we are very familiar with all types of homes and how they are built and where all potential openings are located. We started sealing homes over 22 years to help clients because they wanted a more effective option to prevent infestation of critters other than using pesticides/​chemicals.

My name is David Barrera, I moved to Arizona in 1982 from New York. I have worked in the construction business all my adult life and this it is something I always enjoyed. I have always taken pride in myself and my business providing my clients with fair pricing, honesty and always being there long after the warranty has expired to help them.

I contacted David, the owner, and worked directly with him on a day and time which would work for us both.
Our house is on the smaller side but we were impressed with the speed in which he and his assistant were able to seal the entire exterior of our home. Additionally, David was willing to share and educate us on the insect habitat as well as home improvements tips.
I noticed the 1-​Star given by Rachel P. regarding the transfer of warranty and am disappointed she did not understand the terms.
This organization performed what they promised.

I saw this service on a local real estate show and decided to try it. Bought my home in north Phoenix about 3 years ago. The first year was ok, but the second year I began seeing scorpions inside my home. The number escalated until I was killing one or more every week. They were in every room and I couldn’t figure out how they were getting inside. I’ve been using a reliable exterminator every month for the past 3 years, but any good exterminator will tell you that spraying for scorpions does not work unless you spray the poison directly on them. So, I had to try something else.
I had my home and garage sealed 2 weeks ago and what a difference! They were very thorough, caulking every exterior crack, putting in new weather stripping, adjusting doors, etc. Took about 6 hours to do the whole house. My car stays cleaner in the garage since there’s less dust blowing in. I haven’t seen a single scorpion inside my home (or the bugs they like to eat) since my home was sealed. I’m hoping my electricity bill goes down now that I’m not letting all the cool air leak out. Very affordable service, especially if you put a high value on peace of mind!
David, the owner, did make it clear that the warranty is not transferable. Am sorry the sellers did not make that clear when the person who wrote the negative review complained that David wasn’t willing to work for free. He certainly seemed like a reasonable guy to work with.

We purchased a home that used this company to seal the house. The paperwork we were given stated there was a warranty. When we found a scorpion in the house (an Arizona Bark to be more specific-​yikes!), I called the company. The man on the phone was a bit abrupt and rude. He stated the warranty didn’t transfer (though it does not say this on our paperwork) because it just gets «too confusing». Well, that is a sorry excuse. We had multiple other warranties that transferred with the ownership, including the roof! He did offer to come «take a look», but I would have to pay $ 50! No thanks! We ended up calling our regular exterminators and they came and inspected and spray FOR FREE (Bulwark)! They also gave us a lot of advice and things to watch for. Since their visit, the only scorpions we’ve seen were dead! Incidentally, when we mentioned this experience to a friend who had a serious scorpion problem once, he also had a terrible experience with this company. My advice is to call someone else!

We’ve used We Seal It in 2 homes, to much satisfaction. In our first home we had more than 20 scorpions indoors in a month! After sealing, we had NO problems. They took the time to explain what they were doing, where, and why. We were so pleased we used them on our next home in the Scottdale foothills. It’s much harder to keep pests out in the foothills, and yet again they were fantastic. Highly recommend.
