Great, friendly, and polite customer service and the pizza was delicious! Everything you would want from an Italian restaurant /pizzeria.

Good food and service here. The staff was all very friendly. It is very small inside so if you are planning to eat in, call and make a reservation or prepare to wait an hour or more. I recommend the cheesesteak. They use green peppers! Yum! I also recommend their house salad dressings. Also tried the egg plant parm, which was heavy on breading but had a huge portion! The tortillni soup was ok. Beware you can only get single slices of pizza during lunch :(

This was my favorite pizza in all of Scranton, however, I won’t be going again. Last time my pizza was uncooked, doughy, and cheese not melted. Last night, I specifically requested that it be well done. It was very doughy, cheese not melted, and sauce was tasteless. I understand that they were very busy, but I’d rather wait and have good pizza.

Awesome little Pizza shop. My grams favorite. The pizza is great. Fresh ingredients, gooey cheese. Tried a lot of the items on their menu over the years and I have to say I havent been disappointed yet. Always stop in when I’m in the mood for a good pie. And the owner is always there. Very nice guy. Something that shows that he is dedicated to quality.

This place was great. You would never expect to find such amazing pizza and appetizers here. It’s a little hole in the wall type of restaurant but once you’re inside, it’s a different atmosphere. We got the garlicky zeppoles as an appetizer and the pizza firenze. Highly recommend both dishes.

Stellar service provided by Joanne today here at Heaven!!! Driving through on route to Reston, Virginia via Montréal, Canada for the holidays with husbands mom, decided to look up where to stop for a great pizza/Italian lunch. I jumped onto trust worthy Unilocal and brought up about a dozen or more places and chose this gem based on other reviews and pics! Immediately warmly greeted by the owner Darryl we took in the intoxicatingly warm aromas and looked over the extensive menu! We decided to go with eggplant, mushroom calzone(suggestion from Darryl) caesar salad and hubby and his mom had Try It You Might Like It meat Stromboli with house salads. My mouth opened in awe! As I saw the size of the calzone! The ricotta cheese was intensely pleasing to the bite with the fine herbs and creamy texture and the eggplant was nicely breaded! One of the best calzones I’ve had! Feedback was equally amazing with the Stromboli! *Portions are BIG!!! Share if you can!

Very tasty round pizza choice up there with the best in the area. Pricing is reasonable and the man(who I assume is the owner) is always friendly when you come to pick up. Not the easiest place to pull in and out of, but that would never deter me from ordering.

I absolutely love this place! It has so much to choose from(even tho I get the same buffalo chicken Stromboli, every time). The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great.

OK. A Little Pizza Heaven, thank you for providing me with the best pizza in the area. I have been struggling with… and this New Yorker won’t hold back here… AWFUL pizza since February. Flavorless crust that is all sorts of cardboard-ery hell. You, you fine pizza place, have provided me with some good crust(still could be thinner but I’m not complaining), yummy sauce that isn’t over powering and an overall delish slice. We got the wings as well. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the wings were considering they were pretty breaded. Great mild sauce and well… if the blue cheese is shotty there’s no point… so you guys win! I officially won’t be ordering pizza from anywhere else.

Went for dinner when our freshman in University of Scranton. Had reservation for 7:30. No table was available but we did not wait long and people were friendly. Got their signature gnocchi, pizza, salad caprese/appetizer and seafood linguini(?Fruiti de Mar). Food was good, service was friendly but kind of lacking. Casual small place, BYOB.

Like some of the other reviewers we were heading through Scranton on our way to a different destination(we were heading to Wheeling, WV) and decided to check out A Little Pizza Heaven because of the reviews, and we are sure glad that we did! The combination of food and amazing service made for a memorable meal! We had their famous gnocchi and chicken parm and they both were outstanding. Large portions that were cooked perfectly. The salad was fresh and crisp. The garlic bread was also a highlight. And then there is the warm and welcoming service. You know that feeling you get with some pizza places that you are putting out the owners by being there, well at this place it is the exact opposite – warm, engaging and genuinely happy to greet and talk with their customers. If only all small businesses had this couples wonderful attitude! We will be back when we come back through the area and will tell all our friends and family!

A little pizza heaven is one of our favorites in the area. It’s a super friendly atmosphere… I know most of the regulars that work there and they’ve always been super accommodating for a few different circumstances. The food is ALWAYS delicious. Pizza is «heavenly» hehe. I also love their special menus for seasons/holidays…my favorite so far was from the Mardi Gras menu. Something like sausage jambalaya… soooo good.

Very good, we made the trip away from the chains because of the reviews. Good choice. My husband ordered jumbayla pasta I got the trio both great. Large portions sadly no room for dessert!

Great food. I always need the pizza firenze when I come here. It all reminds me of the food my family used to make. However, I judge restaurants most on how they handle mistakes. Eventually, any restaurant will mess up an order. Today, it happened for the first time at Little Pizza Heaven. They quickly rectified the issue and gave me an order of cannolis. Great customer service! And I’m gonna need to start getting the cannolis from now on, too. They’re delicious.

In Scranton to visit Steamtown and we’re looking for a place to eat. This place had good reviews so we decided to try it. The eggplant rotelli was excellent. The gnocchis were good as well, but had a little too much sauce.
