Very good wings if caught on a good night. Solid food across the menu. Unfortunate location. I’ll be back though.

Great martini special on Tuesdays. Basically like getting 2 for 1. Great variety of flavors.

Food was generally good the sauce in the wings was very good but the wings were small. I had a stake and cheese deluxe for the most part the stake was dry tasted good but dry frys very good the best part of our meal our services was very good JAMIE our waitress very good and at any time we needed anything she was there to serve us

Please consider visiting elsewhere. If you like chicken wings, there are dozens of other places in the area that do it better.

The best hot wings in Scranton, consistent and delicious. If you’re looking for big meaty wings, look elsewhere. Kelly’s offers small and crispy wings that you just can’t stop eating. For sides, try some French onion soup or a Kelly Fry (cheese and gravy mixed doesn’t sound great, but you have to try it!). Always busy and with a friendly staff, this is my favorite place for wings since 1990.

doesnt hold a candle next to Mickey Gannons, but pretty good.

I liked this place! You would ask WHY it has so many negative reviews… I guess this place has improved since that time. Staff is really nice now, wings were delicious and they were ready pretty fast.
Still they have to work on their prices…

Another week of travel and just had to hit Kelly’s again, this time I ate in. A bit of a wait but the wings are so worth it… The locals seem to know this but if you are traveling this place is great for wings and they have a great ranch dressing. Wednesday is the wing night but they are good priced wings any time. Staff is great and food comes out quick. A great little find.

My favorite is the garlic hot wings with Kelly fries. place is so good and very nice staff.

Worst wings I have ever had, overpriced, overhyped. I used to go here every Wednesday for wing night years ago. It has fallen to cheap frozen food replacements, disgusting prices, and poor service. They have been surpassed by so many other restaurants that do it so much better.

What happened!!!
This was our go to spot for wings. But we haven’t been happy with the food lately. We’re not going back, and that’s a shame. The wings got smaller, and the boneless wings are so salty and over cooked.
Why do people mess with success?
The bar is too small, and you’re always getting bumped from behind when someone walks by.
But the rest rooms are spotless, and there’s always soap, and paper towels.
There is a large parking lot. But It’s kind of dark at night, and we are in South Side for crying out loud, keep your mace, or S&W handy when walking to your car.
We won’t be back.

Used to be awesome by far the best wings in Scranton. Now they are tiny buttery messes with almost no wing sauce on them. They charge $ 1.50 for an extra side of sauce which was mainly butter. The place is also constantly packed with people which I’d good except there are too many tables so people are always bumping you from behind. Not exactly ideal when trying to eat a wing.

Used to get take out from Kelly’s all the time, then stopped. In fact, I went there for the final time last week. The wings are just too small, which would almost be acceptable if they weren’t so expensive. On my last visit, I decided to give the «hot» boneless wings a try. They were basically diced, very small, breaded pieces of chicken with NO sauce. I had to ask for a side of sauce. They do give you a decent amount of chicken, but they were so unenjoyable I didn’t even finish half of them. I also ordered the seasoned fries which were so overly seasoned, they were not enjoyable. Also, no free refills? Really? Over $ 25 for two people (I only got a water to drink) is too much for the quality. Will not go again.

Wednesday night wing nite. Get there early for seating. Very popular. Wings hit the spot but not super great. They charge extra for leftovers so order accordingly. Legendary hot spot. Good service.

No space in bar area at all, Had to wait 5 min for table on restaurant side (no biggie), and another 5 min for menu as hostess forgot. Dynamites were undercooked, had to wait for whole new order to be cooked, then were overcooked :(. Waitress was very nice throughout these issues at least.

I love the wings go there for wings! Best wings I have ever had in my life!

Kellys used to be good, now they just serve miniature wings with a little wing sauce. Very disappointed with their wings.

On Wed evening is wing night, all wings are 0.4/each. Tiny wings, but that’s tasty! I like the honey BBQ sauce and Garlic Sauce, Garlic Hot sauce is too acid for me:(I probably ate 10 wings as a appetizer. I found many young people went their. If u like chicken wings, it’s a good place!

Pros: wings, staff, family atmosphere.
Cons: wings are small.

So everyone in Scranton talks about how great this place is and how they have amazing wings… The wings are delicious for sure, but they’re TINY. They’re like the littlest wings ever, and they’re $ 0.70 each. Doesn’t seem like a lot, but when you compare that to most places in the area that have $ 0.35-$ 0.50 wings, it kinda sucks.
They have a very limited selection of draft beers, mostly Light beers and Yuengling, pitchers are $ 6.50 if I remember correctly.
Also, if you’re going to get wings, make sure you order Hot or Very Hot, my wife got the Medium and they were extremely mild, I got the Hot, and they were what I would call a «medium», but still very good.
