Gourmet cheesecakes are our specalty but we want you to get to know the rest of the Tra-​Lang family. We have recently begun selling a wide range of cupcakes, cake pops, whoopie pies and even brooksters. We have hundreds of flavor combinations. We love to keep it simple and rustic, no fondant or frills here just beautiful delicious flavors showcased the way they were meant to be!

History

Established in 2011.

We began back in 2011 taking on a bet to make a better cheesecake. Before the months end we had orders flying in! So began The Tra-​Lang Cheesecake Co. By January of this year we began plans for expanding our menu. In March our product lines began to blossom and we became The Tra-​Lang Bakery.

A cook, a bartender, a server and even a mason just some of the jobs I’ve had over they years before realizing my true passion and that was baking. Today everything I do is about baking or new recipes. It’s an all encompassing delicious and fatening calling filled with lots of caffeine and chocolate and butter lots of BUTTER. I wouldn’t change it for the world!
