I had to give up on Sylvester Chevrolet after the 4th visit where the TPMS sensors got mixed up and a silly argument with the service manager over whether DEF is included on the 2 year complimentary Diesel Cruze services. 60 seconds in the glove box and I came back in with the ‘getting to know your Diesel Cruze’ and read to the manager what it said.
Tom Hesser has been the most reliable straight forward dealership of the 4 Chevrolet dealers I’ve tried since 2010 (2 were in Oregon). I drop either car off, say what I need done and they do it. Just what you expect but don’t always get from others. Also, so far they have consistently relearned the TPMS sensors so the dash readout is correct every time, something none of the other dealers seemed to be able to master.

I had wonderful sales consultant named William help with my car buying needs and even stayed late when his shift was over while I was finishing up the paperwork with their sales manager. Overall I would recommend them them to friends and family. Actually already did. You may have one of my friends coming up on Black Friday looking to purchase as SUV off your lot.
