History

Established in 2010.

The Scranton based business began in 2010 with 1 full-​time employee, a pick-​up truck, and a focus on masonry services. Today, the company employs 10 crew members who are equipped with a fleet of company trucks. The services have also broadened to include commercial and residential construction projects that spread beyond the Scranton area and encompass the Tri-​State region: Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.

Business Owner

Michael Troianiello, Sr., owner and operator of Troianiello Masonry and Construction Services, Inc., is a local small business owner who had a clear vision of what he wanted his future company to represent and took all the right steps to meet his goals. Upon graduating from Scranton High School in 2004, Mike was eager to begin his career and immediately joined the Carpenter’s Union Local 645. The Carpenters Union taught him the tricks of the trade, but it was Michael’s motivation and vision that allowed him to harness the skills he had studied and in 2010, transform them into a successful business. Mike’s dream was big, but he was patient and started small with focus on masonry services primarily within the Scranton area. His perseverance was successful and larger projects began and continue to arrive growing the business each year.

Mike is the recipient of a Top 20 Under 40 Award and the company received the General Contractor Talk of The Town award in 2012 & 2013.
