Seabrook, TX
Large branch from large oak cracked and still attached to the tree, fell on roof around 3PM. Called BATEs around 3:30pm. They said they couldn’t get a estimator out today but the crew chief would provide an estimate. Crew drove up around 4:30pm, said hi, and began taking care of the problem. I could have said «whoa, what’s this going to cost me?» but I didn’t. A hour later the branch had been removed, and the crew chief asked how I wanted to be billed. I asked what was the charge? It was about ½ the minimum I considered fair, maybe ¼ of market; plus what’s the response worth?
I asked about the low price and the response had to do with not taking unfair advantage of people with a problem.

The guys did an excellent job in shaping an oak tree. All of the guys pitched in when cleaning up and the place looked great. Highly recommended and the price was reasonable.
