insides looks cool like a cheaped down PF Changs(if you’ve been there) lots of modern touches, with black and wood accents, the menu is kind of awkward the first time so expect people in line to stop and stare and delay the ordering process the food is so-so, i have been twice now, steak strogonoff had good noodles and graded cheese but the steak was very chewey and flavorless, potstickers were ok with a good dipping sauce, Mediterranean sandwich had two tiny chunks of chicken that were nasty and a ton of red onion(should be called an onion and feta sandwich), salads have a very good balsamic dressing, both times I have been here I have left hungry, its a bit pricey too 13 bucks for a quick lunch and I am eating a granola bar as I drive back to work because my stomach is growling still

I stopped by here yesterday and I loved it. I got the pesto pasta dish and it was great. I’ve told a lot of friends and coworkers about it and I can’t wait to go again.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. The management is the equivalence of 3rd graders, most of the wait staff have attitude problems and look like they are high on drugs. This restaurant is begging for a visit from the BBB, doubtful that they even know what the Better Business Burrow is. Horrid management, horrid food. Spend your money somewhere else. McDonald’s would be a better choice.

This restaurant has such a great concept and the menu is great. It allows each meal to be made to order and in theory you should really have the perfect meal just how you want it. You can select different meats to be in the dishes or go vegetarian with tofu. Awesome. It’s just really lacks quality in the preparation of the food. It was good… I just wasn’t blown away! However I was pretty blown away with their online ordering. I downloaded the app for my phone, selected my meals and such, and paid for the order on the app using my debit/credit card. The app said 15 mins which was just how much time I needed to get there. The food was ready to go when I arrived. Love it! More places should use this system.

We went to dinner 12⁄23 about 6:00. The store was a mess bathrooms not clean dining room tables and floors sticky with the last diners meal left on it. My dinner special had about eight once of broth and two ounces of meat the pot stickers had freezer burn I will never return and neither should you

I love this place. Great concept. I’ve been twice and got the Indonesian Peanut sauté and the Japanese Pan noodles. Both were great, very tasty. The restaurant was clean and quiet both times I went. The staff is very friendly.

Food was really good, especially the Tuscan Fresca pasta dish!(Whole grain pasta with fresh veggies) Soups are good. Waitstaff is great. It’s new so they make a mistake here and there but it’s quickly corrected! The only ding is that the a/c system is aways on full blast and it’s very cold inside– you have to eat with your coat on!

Was also not expecting fine dining or amazing food. After all, this is a fast casual place. However, I was expecting much more than half of my «macaroni and cheese» to have cheese sauce on it. Food came out relatively quick, at least.

****Disclaimer: To be clear, we weren’t expecting to be wowed with a fine dining experience, nor are we hard to please. We were hoping for the noodle equivalent to a Five Guys. **** Eating here was a horrible, horrible mistake. The menu is a hodgepodge of global noodle dishes, which, in concept is cool. The execution was a total disaster. I ordered the pad thai. It had a sprig of limp, very sad looking cilantro, scrambled egg, which was literally one giant over cooked egg lump in the bottom of the bowl, some carrots and other veggies. It was the most Americanized, fast-foodized version of pad thai that you could imagine. The flavor was a ghost of what pad thai is supposed to taste like… I thought maybe the base of this dish was Skippy peanut butter. Sadly, the pad thai was the best thing we ordered. My husband got the cheesesteak sandwich. We actually had to open it up to see if it contained any meat, or if it was entirely filled with velveeta alone. There were 3 pieces of «steak» The ratio of meat: cheese: bread was roughly .5: 2 :70. I’ve never had a worse tasting sandwich. It was inedible. He also got the coconut curry soup, which had a nice broth but every ingredient floating in said broth was disgusting. There were raw halved cherry tomatoes that looked like they might be there on accident…(?) If you isolated the broth it wasn’t terrible but as an actual dish it was so weird. Lastly, two kids meals. These are pitched on the poster as meals for«future foodies.» Unless your definition of «foodie» includes eating actual garbage, I’d say this poster is fairly misleading. Oldest got buttered noodles. They brought some other kid’s food to the table, and so he at first was given spaghetti and meatballs. We told the server immediately and after it had already been put in front of him she brought it back to the kitchen and served it to the other kid waiting. Yikes. The correct noodles arrived and were about as underwhelming as buttered noodles can be. He got apple slices and a kid krispie(rice crispy treat that looked like it was made with brown rice) for his 2 sides. The apple slices showed up half way through the meal, but there were quite a few and they were fresh. The kid krispie he ate, but that’s not really an endorsement considering he’s eaten day old pirate booty from underneath the couch. Youngest got the kids meal with spaghetti and meatballs, with broccoli and apples. Apples showed up with the other ones, half way through dinner. The meatballs were horrific. I mean, imagine the worst meatballs you’ve ever tasted, then hit them with a blow torch and roll them in something gross, then put them on some overcooked spaghetti with cold sauce and ½ teaspoon full of parmesan and you’ve got an exact replica of his meal. It came with 4 pieces of broccoli, that looked like they were spritzed with water in lieu of actually steaming them. Don’t go here. If you want some kind of global noodle meal, hit up street in Portsmouth, or go to the freezer section of Market Basket a half mile up the road.

First and last time for me. Chicken taste like rubber, is it microwaved? I couldn’t eat it. Seems to be fast food disguised as healthy food? Lots of sodium and pre made fast food sauces. Not any cheaper than Panera, so I will stick with them. The place isn’t cleaned up fast enough after guests leave. I don’t like walking into a place and seeing dirty dishes on half the tables. Nothing is worse than a place that can’t even do chicken right. Where does it come from???

My wife got us specials coupons to attend the«soft opening» and it was great! I had never been to a Noodles and Co before and was pleasantly surprised… I loved that the menu was huge and easy to read. The way that it was organized from Italian /Asian /American was simple and easy… The staff was amazing. They were helpful, fast, friendly, welcoming and so on… If there service stays this good all the time I think it would be amazing … The food was fantastic … We have two kids and they both enjoyed the kids meals… The home made Rice Krispies treats made daily was a nice touch … We will definitely go back again and again.
