Went there for a quick trim of my rotties butt quick 5 minute job they charge me 15 bucks. I was gonna throw 10 in the cup for the favor but these greedy bitches felt the need to rip me off. So they lost my business and I have 3 dogs.

I’ve only delt with her twice and both times the owner is very rude and nasty. My other needed me to pick up her dog. They had the dog from 11 in the morning finally called to say that the dog was ready at 4:30 I explained that I was coming from Freeport and it would take a while and I had to go to an arm to pay her. She called again at 459 demanding to know where I was because she closes at 5.
Second time dealing with her, I broght the dog in at 10 told her she needed to be ready by 2 so I could get her because I had to be somewhere by 3. She says, «well can’t someone else get her?» I explained no, my mother and sister were going to jersey to make a siva call and she says «well your mother should have told me» right cause you can schedule when someone dies. When I have a dog I will NEVER bring him/​her to this woman. And after she’s raised her price yet again, my mother is done too.

I have been bringing my dog Lacy here for years. Pat has years of experience and is a perfectionist when it comes to her grooming. I urge you to try her at least once.

Is this place ever open? Seems to be they have the worst hours, like worse than banking hours! As someone that works Mon to Fri, 9 – 5, it is basically impossible to find time when I can take my pup for a bath here. My dog needs a lot of baths and this place is close to my house, but instead I drive to Garden City because Woofer Wash is actually OPEN.

I went here 30 minutes before the posted closing time to give my dog a quick bath and was turned away by the owner because they had already cleaned up. They said last bath is one hour before closing time. Why have a closing time one hour after you stop accepting business? Strange way to run a business

we have been bringing our dog here for years. We drop her off for a bath tho, they do have dog washing stations you can do yourself as well.
