Blossoming Lotus

On Sunday I had the pleasure of becoming a certified Reiki II Practitioner. I knew from the first time I saw Lauren’s website that there was a connection and I had to attend her classes. I was certified in Level I several months back and its been the most amazing journey. Lauren teaches so effectively and it’s so easy to understand her. The ambiance of her business makes me so relaxed, at peace, and I feel so welcomed. I’m so glad I found her and look forward to being mentored by her!!! Check her out!!!

Lauren’s spirit is enlightening and full of positive energy! My session with Lauren was powerful and intense! A true healer. Each time I have seen Lauren it has been a huge leap forward in my overall health and wellbeing. I highly recommend her. Lauren is a master healer. She is gentle, intuitive and very professional. When I first arrived she welcomed me with her warm presence and facilitated the reiki session with ease and grace. As a therapist, I am aware of the importance of creating a safe, nurturing and trusting environment. My experience at the Blossoming Lotus was just that. Lauren’s calming presence created a serene environment throughout the session and her insights and suggestions shared at the end were very helpful in continuing the process. My first Reiki experience was beyond amazing. I have difficulty in walking, muscle weakness and balance issues. Had 6 MRI’s and all sorts of blood tests and I am not any closer to a solution or even a diagnosis. In short, I am running out of options.
So I tried it last Saturday. Am I glad I did.
Lauren has a true gift. All I know is the day after a session with Lauren I have improved by 20% physically. She helps you through her practice not only your body but your mind and spirit. I don’t know what lies ahead but at least there’s a light ahead.

My experience receiving healing from Lauren is difficult to put into words. She without a doubt has a gift. The first time I met her was my first ever reiki session so I did not know exactly what to expect. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at peace with the whole process. I walked away from the first session feeling about 20 lbs lighter and with a new sort of love and appreciation for myself. I released a lot of bad energy that day and gained some amazing tools. I have seen her numerous times and every session has been an incredible learning experience for me. I unfortunately had to move four hours away last December and wanted to continue working with her. So she has done several long-​distance sessions and what is interesting, is that they are just as (if not more in some ways) powerful than being in person. Possibly there is less physical distraction; I’m not quite sure. I know though that she can do the same thing over the phone that she can do in person and I am so glad she offers her services long-​distance. I am eternally grateful for Lauren and what I’ve learned from her. She has changed my life.

I can’t say enough great things about Lauren! Lauren radiates pure LIGHT from every pore and fiber in her being. Lauren’s treatments provide healing benefits on every level: body, mind, and spirit. As an Intuitive Coach and Hypnotherapist, I have studied many modalities when it comes to how to best work with the subconscious mind and energy body… hypnosis, neuro-​linguistic programming, emotional freedom technique (EFT) tapping, theta healing, working with white light energy and chakras, shamanic principles… and the list goes on.
However, Reiki was one of those modalities that I hadn’t felt called to pursue more deeply… until now.
I discovered Lauren when a friend posted a Facebook enquiry looking for energy healers, tagging me for more information on my experience. After sharing my insights, I scrolled down to read the other posts (because no matter how much I learn, I’m always open to learning more!), and I was immediately pulled to Lauren’s name and Blossoming Lotus.
From there, things seemed to just unfold easily, culminating in an amazing one day training where she guided us into the world of Reiki with ease. Experiencing the attunement was healing in and of itself, and I’m so grateful to Lauren for opening the door to this world for myself AND for my clients.

I decided the universe was talking to me when I was getting a facial and my esthetician started talking about her recent reiki treatment with Lauren. I was intrigued and asked for her info. That’s how I found Blossoming Lotus.
Google explains Reiki as a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the client by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-​being. Booking a one hour session is a no-​brainer because she has an amazing deal for first time clients, only $ 50 for an hour. She asked me if I had any areas of concern. I asked for a focus on creative energy and to release any energy that no longer served me.
The treatment was very relaxing. I was sort of in a trance-​like state the whole time. This is energy work so each person will feel it differently. For me it felt like waves moving through my body. I felt warmth and even heat fill my head and I even had some cramping in my stomach at one point. Nothing too uncomfortable. I had a natural high feeling for an hour or so afterwards. I felt really free and open the rest of the day and got a good nights sleep last night too. Today I’m lighter. I wish I had known about this sooner.
Lauren is very sweet and talented. She is almost ethereal actually. I feel lucky to have experienced her healing practice. I already booked my next session with her in four weeks. Can’t wait.
I really recommend trying a reiki session. It is for anyone, but it is especially helpful if you are going though a hard time at work, in your relationship, or need help letting something or someone go. This works, I promise.

I recently went to Lauren for a Reiki session and it was a great experience!
I went in to see her because I was going through a rough time emotionally and also was in hope of relieving some pain from an injury.
She guided me through meditation, which quickly put me at ease and relaxed me. When she began with the Reiki, I could feel the warm energy coming from her hands on each of my energy centers.
Once she got to my heart center, I began to cry as soon as I felt the energy from her hands over my heart. It was as if I was being covered in a warm blanket full of love! It’s the only way I can describe it. It definitely helped heal past heartaches and unresolved emotions I had suppressed.
My injury also improved, I have more movement than before I went in to see her.
I definitely recommend anyone to get a Reiki session from her, it’s a healing experience that leaves you feeling lifted, peaceful, relaxed, and in a good mood.

Lauren is great! I’ve been going to her for over a year for massages and she is wonderful. I’m a manicurist so I am hunched over half the day, meaning my upper and lower back is usually a mess… But during my monthly visit, she gives me a full body massage and leaves me feeling like a new woman! She is also a kind person with a soothing energy about her. Lauren listens to what areas I need work and uses the right amount of pressure for me. She gets all 5 stars from me!

I first tried Lauren as a massage therapist and was amazed by her technique and touch. She found and was able to find the areas where I had issues and the relief was instantaneous. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing which aided to the overall experience.
Lauren spoke about the Reiki experience and I followed up on her advice. It was as she described and more. The focus I discovered and the release of pent up emotions was surprising and enlightening. I plan on exploring more into the art of Reiki with Lauren to see what path it will take me.

I just had my first Reiki healing session with Lauren. A friend of mine told me about Reiki and recommended that I try it to heal my emotional baggage and physical ailment of back pain. I have to admit that I didn’t know what to expect with Reiki and was a little skeptical.
Let me just tell you that Lauren was amazing. She was really gentle, kind, and professional. The room we were in was comfortable and peaceful. The moment Lauren put her hands on my head and other different chakra points on my body, I started to cry. The emotional baggage that I had repressed long ago, had resurfaced, which gave me clues as to what areas in my life I needed healing in. I could feel warm energy coming from her hands, it was indescribable. The warm energy even transmitted through the thick blanket I was covered in.
This session gave me some clarity of what I need to do in my life to bring positive thoughts to every thing that I do. I went away from my session with a clear mind. And, Lauren even gave me some guidelines (affirmations) on what to do to keep the balance in my life. I am pretty open minded about healing, and I just didn’t realize that I had certain types of mental blockages that were standing in the way of the progression of my life. Crazy stuff!

This was an amazing experience. Lauren was great. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience… Blossoming Lotus is the place to be!

Lauren did a great job with my therapeutic massage. She had a nice, firm touch and was able to really loosen up my lower back and hamstrings. Lauren also had a nice personality and good energy. I’d be happy to return!

I just received my Reiki Master atunement from Lauren, and I could not have had a more perfect experience. I felt that she took me by the hand and taught me everything I’ll ever need to know as a Reiki practitioner. And her energy is off the charts good-​feeling. I felt so comfortable with her that I never wanted the class to end. She also did some Reiki on me as part of the class, and I immediately felt blockages removed and a lighter energy in the entire right side of my body. I would imagine that she is equally as skilled as a massage therapist, but take it from me — you can’t go wrong with a Reiki treatment or class that Lauren offers. Big Five Stars!

Lauren was wonderful! Even her tone of voice was calm. She gave me the most thorough massage I have ever had. It is obvious she is well trained. She doesn’t just give massages… she heals your spirit and her work feels like a body cleansing. I will definitely be back. I want to try her Reiki. I love her oil selection as well.

Massage artists are a dime a dozen and just randomly picking a person may lead you down a road of pain and discomfort.
