Worst place ever went in waited 15 min at front desk no one there finally someone comes up mind you no one has a customer fiddles with the computer just to say Ohhh we can’t take you now comeback in 2 hours Because we have a apt in 20 min. Well if you would of had someone up front and not make me wait 15 min I would of been done and gone. Will never go here again

Gordon did my taxes here and it was the worst tax experience I have ever had. He insulted me because of my age and told me that «you young people are never prepared,» because I was missing one document. Then he made a mistake on my return, which led me to getting audited by the IRS. They would not stand behind their mistake and I had to pay $ 2000 out of pocket. I would never recommend this place they refuse to accept responsibility for their faulty employees. They just care about getting you in and out so they can profit from the next person and don’t pay attention to the small details.

Great staff! Ellen was super helpful and very knowledgeable. One of our tax forms mailed to us had the wrong letter in one of the boxes, which Taxslayer couldn’t spot, so our return would have been way, way off. Ellen spotted it, fixed it, and saved us a significant sum of money. We will be coming back until there are no taxes or our death, whichever comes first.
