Established in 1995.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue and my medical doctor told me that it was a life time disease and that I needed to be on depressant pills. Instead of finishing my Masters in Psychology, I started my Wellness Career. I received my massage degree from Golden West, my Holistic Health degree from California College of Physical Arts and my Nutrition degree from Spencer Institute. In addition, I interned with Dr. Bill Kellas who is a Bio Chemist, for 2 years. I have a Master Reiki Teacher Certification and am a Shamanic Counselor. I am also a Master NLP Coach. I am working on my PhD in Holistic Life Coaching I am Happy to say that I no longer have Chronic Fatigue and now it is my goal and mission to help people get well through bodywork, nutrition and wellness coaching.

Hands down the most authentically congruent healer you will ever meet. It’s a quiet little slice of Heaven where you will be pampered mind, body and spirit by a wonderful woman who will love and accept you unconditionally. It’s like a sanctuary for my soul where I plan on frequenting again and again. The drive from Los Angeles to Orange County was well worth it. THANK YOU MARY LOU, YOU’RE THE BEST!

I recently saw Mary Lou for some nutrition counseling and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable and practical she is. Her approach is one of balance, and I actually came away with less in the way of supplements, etc. to take than I do now! I highly recommend her — I hear she is also an awesome massage therapist and life coach!
