How the hell do I make a payment. they told me I have to go to the bank every month. They’re trippin. These people need to update. Should have stayed with cap one just for convenience of making payments through my cap one app. Little more interest but almost worth it. Update your $#!+.

Worst credit union. I went to the military base to cancel my debit card however the teller was quite stupid and apparently didnt process my request correctly. I had to wait 2 months for a debit card and had my stolen card still active for a month after i had gone in and cancelled it. The customer service with this bank is atrocious. Even worse, theres hardly any ATM’s nearby that dont charge a fee for this credit union

I have been a member since 1981. Have taken out 6 auto loans. These are some of the finest, most hospitable, friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They have gone above and beyond helping me with my finances. Five stars are not enough. I would recommend this credit to everyone. Thanks to all of the fabulous staff for their great work.

I had a pleasant and satisfying experience with Sea Air Federal credit Union. I applied for a pre-​owned auto loan and Theresa from SAFCU made it so simple. The terms and paperwork were easy to understand let alone I got a great interest rate deal! Looking forward to do business with them again in the future.

I commend Sea Air FCU on their ability to make me feel like I’m a VIP all the time. I signed up with Christine Wilt month ago during their holiday loan promotion. She made me feel like a millionaire sitting with a personal banker.
The process was easy, convenient, and fast. Most importantly, I’m glad to be transitioning out of Bank of America. I’m tired of being nickeled and dimmed with bank fees. To BofA I’m just a #, but to Sea air I’m a member!

No matter what you need, this is the only Credit Union with actual love, respect and HELP for the customers. I have had experiences both in LOS ALAMITOS (my favorites ladies ever) and over the phone with the other warm and professional people in Seal Beach. I can tell you this is where you immediately find the difference from the Big BANKS (yikes did I say that nasty word for taking all your money by devious ploys=BANKS) and Credit Unions. (credit union=caring angels of your money.) Yes it really is that different. Not only are the reps kind, knowledgeable and actually HELPFUL, but help you no matter how small your savings, credit score or bank balance is. They have helped me with 360 loans when times are hard and beat the PayDay loans by saving you the renewal fees each payday. You get to have it piad back once a month by autodebit and never have to run to the loan office with another $ 300 until the next payment is due again each time. Amazingly helpful and saves you so much time and money. Once you have established some time with them they do other types of loans at the most reasonable rate and will give you a loan that make sense for your level of income. Every time I go in or call I get treated like a person, not a number. I can not tell you enough about these wonderful people that I am proud to know and do business with. I have NOT been charged ridiculous fees for any type of transaction. As a matter of fact other than when I did write a check that was deposited before I had enough money to cover it on hand, I have been charged NOTHING other than what I agreed to on loans. I love this CREDIT UNION, and can remember all the names of the people that helped me over the years because I was so amazed by the level of concern, care and service, that I never received EVER from a BANK! So THANK you Laura, Theresa, Akimi, Whitney, you ladies are just plain AWESOME. Please wake up and leave that nasty BANK behind, you will never regret it. Try it you will like Sea and Air!!!

I contacted the Sea Air FCU interested in credit card Spoke to Christy Wilt she was very professional made process so easy, did not go to the Branch, the approval process was not to lengthy. I am very satisfied with the whole process i also opened a checking account.

This is my second time I got a car loan from Sea Air. Both times the process was easy and painless. It’s been 9 years since the last loan and Christy Wilt, from Sea Air was awesome. She walked me through the process and sent us our documents. When ever I had a question I would call or email her and she would respond right away. She even followed up with me to make sure I received documents she was sending.
It’s funny how most businesses these days don’t put customer service as a priority and how it always seems like the customer is bothering the company when you ask a question. This is 100% different. The customer service is priority #1 and it shows. Not only did I get an interest rate that other banks and credit unions couldn’t match, I felt like more than just a number. And to me, that’s so important. Especially when you are spending thousands of dollars.
I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a loan to give them a shot.

A few years ago we bought a car through a dealer who worked our loan through them. I’d always wanted to be connected to a credit union, and they didn’t disappoint by offering us a low interest loan for a used car. They were so fast and easy, without a lot of headache. I just recently opened a credit card with them that has a very low interest rate — like 10.9%, so I can transfer my high interest card to it. Love, Love Love, these guys! Ask for Christy, she will help you out!

I LOVE, LOVE MY CREDIT UNION! And I HATE (with a passion) ALL other banking institutions! I know your probably saying I’m NOT being fare but I am!
At my BELOVED SEA AIR I DON’T GET changed for calling to ask a questions or email questions, I DON’T get charged if my balance reaches a certain amount, I DON’T get charged because I went to a teller inside the bank for some human interaction, I DON’T get charged for using am ATM, I DON’T get charged for all those SILLY and RIDICULOUS reasons that make ABSO-​FRICKIN-​LUTLY NO SENSE that regular banks make up just to get YOUR hard earned money out YOUR POCKET and into there’s!
I also love them because they are small and everyone knows ME! So I DON’T EVA have to worry about some TROLL walking in and trying to pretend they are me with a fake ID because the STAFF would know that person is FULL of BS and alert the police. They only have 3 locations but you can also go to other (in the family) branches. The cool thing is that those (in the family) branches give everyone a hard time if you do not belong to their Credit union which further helps in someone trying to walk away with my money!
My family has been banking with them for many, many moons. I remember the old Manager Mr. Johnson who was SUPER DUPER FRIENDLY and KIND! He ALWAYS had time to talk with customers and the new Manager is no different! How can regular branch managers be to FRICKIN busy to discuss a problem with YOUR money that they are SUPPOSED to be protecting? I NEVA understood that. And YES I do mean NEVA!
The other AHHHMAZING thing is that all of the locations are located on a military base so even if you think or entertain the idea of ACK’in (Yes I mean ACK) a FOOL the ARMED GURADS probably have bullet with your name on it! Don’t think they won’t shoot and ask questions later! I can walk in and leave my car door unlocked because who in their RIGHT MIND is going to try anything!
There is ALMOST NEVER EVAAA a line which is GREAT because I REALLY HATE to wait! I have a problem being patient but I’m working on it! So get off my back already! Even when there is a line like on a Saturday it moves quickly and the ladies are ALWAYS UBER FRIENDLY and CAN COUNT! A MAJOR PLUS and JOB REQUIREMENT when dealing with my money!
I LOVE, LOVE being able to bank online and check my accounts! It makes life SOOOOO much easier. I’m able to link all my accounts together even though they are NOT connected! I really loathe having to go to the bank every Saturday so this is AHHHHHHMAZING!
Even though I am SUPER DUPER careful I had my debit card compromised with some Yo-​Yo getting a hold of my number and buying out some bar in the Dominic Republic! I guess it was drinks all around that day! I got a call right AWAY and they put the KABOSH on that FUN TIME they were trying to have at my expense. Even when I went out of town they were on there JOB protecting me when I went to buy gas in FRESNO because they know that is NOT near LA… So I got a call told them it was ok and they cleared the charge! So I NEVA was worried when Target had all that madness going on and STILL with numbers and accounts getting compromised. I knew my BELOVED SEA AIR had it all under control! THANK YOU!
They also throw annual dinner parties. It’s usually in the Spring and the tickets are REALLY reasonable! They tell you the entire goings on with the credit union from the previous year! VERY TRANSPARENT! And of course there is YUMMY food to be had! You know I LOVE to EAT! They do themes and this year I believe it is Chinese New Year (Year of the Horse). It will be a blast. They have fun gambling tables all around and give you fake cash to gamble away! And they have a photo booth that I am TOTALLY addicted too! YEAHHHH!

Top of the top, best of the best. I was recently shopping for a new vehicle and while my credit wasn’t bad from debt (I simply didn’t have much history), Sea Air FCU was the only place that would give me a decent loan. My own bank flat out denied me and the best offer competing CU’s could give was 15%. I got a loan for 2.25% with minimal hassle and not a single phone call, including car pickup, all online. Customer service is as good as it gets.
Syreeta is a total professional. Answered all of my questions over email with lightning fast responses. She is what all customer service should be like.
