I’ve been doing business with SKS for a while now, their service for the last few years have been excellent. I give stars to company that deserves it and this is definitely one of those. Everyone have been extremely helpful and would always answer my questions no matter how mundane or stupid. They are also very honest and would not hide anything. I recommend calling them when looking for a new insurance.

I always like to share when I have an excellent customer service experience with a certain business because it is just as easy to take the time to post complementary review as it is to post a negative one. It also benefits the consumer to be informed about quality businesses by firsthand accounts. I had an above excellent experience thanks to Joelle Bart a Covered California Enrollment Counselor. SKS Insurance Agency is listed on the official Covered California as a local resource to help navigate, understand and decide on what health insurance option works best for your needs. She was incredibly thorough in her benefit breakdowns, bent over backwards to answer all my questions and basically ended up providing some free therapy while she was at it as finding yourself without health insurance for the first time due to an economic layoff can be quite stressful. I will be scheduling an appointment to meet with her in person once I make a decision on the right insurance option because they even handhold you through that convoluted process too! Take advantage of this resource and then tell your friends! It made understanding Obamacare as painless as humanly possible!

I think this is my 2^nd ever Unilocal review and I can not think of a more deserving 5 star review than for this company! SKS Insurance Agency has been such a help and very professional. Joelle is my Health Account Manager and she is just fabulous! For every question I have she has an immediate response and a solution to any problem I have had. I would recommend SKS to anyone. They seem like a team of friendly and helpful professionals!

Great service. Great people. I tend to have a very busy crazy schedule. Freddy and I were at one point playing phone tag. But, he quickly accommodated me and started to help me via text and email. Everyone and I mean everyone I have dealt with at SKS Insurance Agency, have always been very professional and dedicated when it comes to their clients and their insurance needs. They go over and above when it comes to Customer Service.
I am so happy with SKS, that they now take care of all my auto and homeowners insurance needs. They are constantly looking into their insurance database and strive to get the best rates possible. Just to give you an idea, I was sitting at my computer at work they other day, and I get an email, followed up by a phone call from Sumer Martino, advising me that she just looked into one of my auto policies that was coming up for renewal and told me that she could now save me over $ 600.00 on my auto policy. Wooohooo.
I have also worked with Sharon, Amy, Vicki and Dimitri. on related issues, and each are the consummate professional, willing to go beyond the basic requirements to ensure that my questions are answered and my needs are met.

We’ve been using SKS for homeowners insurance for a while but recently switched our auto policies to them and they beat (by far) our old provider esurance! After searching for a good insurance brokerage to handle all of my personal and business insurance needs, I elected to go with SKS a couple of years ago and I am very pleased. I initially worked with Dimitri to price a number of different options and determine the best coverage and insurer for me. I have also worked with Sherry, Amy and Vickie on related issues, and each are the consummate professional, willing to go beyond the basic requirements to ensure that my questions are answered and my needs are met. I have worked with many other brokers in the past that seem to be content to perform the least amount of work to earn my business and are not readily available when I needed them most. I have not run into that problem with SKS.

I recently had the great fortune to work with Sumer in a training session. She is such an upbeat, positive person that I thought to myself «she could be a motivational speaker». And Sherry and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Thank you SKS!

I contact SKS about personal and business/​professional insurance. I spoke with Jollee about options for personal insurance and Shannon about professional insurance. Both of them were very responsive, pleasant and knew about the products they had available. I was able to secure insurance very easily and stress free. I would recommend SKS to anyone I know.

I’ve searched multiple sources for HOI and SKS insurance has provided the most cost savings by far.
Sherry is the agent who helped me and was very prompt and professional in all our interactions.
During the renewal of my HOI she did the due diligence to search for lower quotes without even me asking her. It showed her work ethic and care for her clients.
I would strongly recommend at least getting a quote from SKS before deciding on which insurer to go with.

Buying insurance is not the highlight of my year, but SKS made it better and easier. I am price conscious yet I always want good coverage so I had them shop around for me and they found me a great rate with MetLife. This is my 2^nd year with them and I am still very happy. Anytime I have a question they are here to help or tell me why or how it works! Very happy to have good agents again. I was so confused moving from FL to CA and it seemed everyone just wanted to sell me and send me on my way. These guys actually gave me answers and i did not feel pressured to buy or expected to buy after they helped me. That is why I chose them!!! They were super cool, professional and helpful. So giving them my business was a no-​brainer after I called around to several insurance offices.
They are located on the 2^nd floor, so I enter through stairs on side and now we do everything over the phone. Its easy and does not take anymore of my time. I heard they have LIFE and Healthcare insurance too, I might consider those later…

I was referred to Juni and talking to him about what I was looking for and what I needed, he instantaneously delivered on the spot. He addressed all my concerns, my questions and got me a Competitive Quote within a short time. He exlpained all the details even the intricate ones to help me understand and make a well informed decision.
